You couldn't sling a cat without knocking over a picture of the two of them - skiing, swimming, hiking, boating, blah blah blah. And Mom even ASKED him right in front of me "what is my darlin' girl doing for the holidays" . . . talk about THE END of that little acquaintance! A guy I was (not even seriously) dating took me to his family’s Thanksgiving feast . . . his mom had pictures of him and former fiancee’ all over the house!!
