Bedside Manner
Most women will agree that the relationship with her doctor is not unlike the one she has with her man. She has to be able to trust the person and feel comfortable with them. When you consider bedside manner, very few women will put up with a rude, inconsiderate physician that makes her feel horrible.
That is why I find it so strange that so many women put up with the same behavior from the men that they date. A man’s bedroom behavior says a lot about his personality and character. The same as for women, men probably pay attention to how she handles herself.
I found a list of tips that are recommended for doctors, imagine that these are bedroom tips:
- Be a good listener, patients may need to be encouraged to express their concerns and anxieties.
- Be non-judgemental, avoid stereotyping patients on appearance or cultural or social background.
- Avoid making any unnecessary personal remarks or jokes, especially when the consultation involves matters of an intimate nature.
- Acknowledge the patient’s emotions and that they may be feeling frightened or anxious and need reassurance.
- Approach all patients in a caring and considerate manner.
- Remember, patients have busy lives, be mindful of waiting time

I kinda get what (I think) she’s talking about.
It’s the “bedside manner” that states that a guy is not supposed to enhance whatever self esteem (or body issues) that the woman may have, and vice versa.
It’s the “love her [me] as I am”; and if you don’t keeping it (your concerns) to yourself.
A time honored tradition actually, for both sexes.

But it’s not that, it’s the “I’mma git you sucka syndrome”.
It’s getting her (insert male pronouns for the ladies) back to the crib, outta of the clothes; only to find that her eyelashes are fake, her booty don’t look as good out of the jeans, all that hair ain’t hers, and that she had on Spanx and unleashed the deepest longest breath EVER when taking them off.

While it’s being referenced as ‘bedside manners’ and compared to a doctor who likely is that way out of professional courtesy, I’d say a genuine interest, concern, and graciousness in all ways and things is preferable in a romantic partner.
Or, one could say, “don’t be a self-absorbed jerk”.

@SCool ~ yes, he’s been very sick and is bouncing back. He tried to hide it from his children for a long time and even his wife, but she noticed things just weren’t right. He remained in a wheelchair for quite some time, but his faith, his love and his love for his craft has helped him to forge ahead!

SC my conscious has always been like that…I think it comes from my early years I was grounded in my faith and prayed for a lot of things and I received them. So, I feel bad about how He continues to bless me and I am so unworthy…it’s me so skip over my blogs on that topic.
As for NYE if I don’t do the concerts or a sporting events, I like doing the small event with a few couples…in the past when I have done this we did seafood…lobster and crab legs and fried shrimp plus the fixings…played cards…music etc., and a few times we did a breakfast food with champagne and made mimosas.

czBrat How so? If you visit his/her church you might not get a real good view of where they came from…family can sometimes fool around and give you more than you need to know. The Usher board and Pastor only know as much as been shared.

My relationship with God is very personal. And allowing somebody into my worship time is important to me because I want to know whether or not, he will worship in like ways, whether he will be free to express himself in praise or whether he could possibly make me feel uncomfortable in expressing mine.
When I am before Him, I am naked and vulnerable. And I really want to know if I can share that vulnerability with him and whether he trusts me enough to let his guard down in the same way.

I understand corps are understaffed..I understand you had to bring on younger, inexperienced staff but could you for the sake of all that is right, train these jokers on some from of customer service. Saying I don’t know and passing the call off…ughhh!! Someone just wants to get cussed out today.
