Blame Angelina Jolie

There has been actual research on so-called “mate poaching”.  They found out that a lot of single women aren’t exactly hunting for other singles. Sometimes, they look for the coupled up men and “poach” them away from their current relationship. It’s like the Angelina Jolie syndrome because she supposedly began a relationship with Brad Pitt while he was married.

The results of the research: “Single women were more interested in the man when he was described as attached (90% interested) than when he was described as single (59%). Men showed no difference in interest between a single and attached woman.”

The thing about these studies is that don’t leave much room for the variables. It’s interesting nonetheless, to see the “scientific” analysis about why women are attracted to men who aren’t available. What are your thoughts?

When you meet someone you are attracted to, is it more appealing when you find out a person is involved with someone already? Have you ever pursued someone who had a significant other?

Have you ever been involved with someone and met somebody else that you felt you was the person you were meant to be with? How do you tell the person you are in a relationship that you are in love with another person?

Like I said before, had you paid some attention some of you to include the ones who still remain nameless would have saw something wrong with the setup. But from where I see yall probably thought dude had bread, position to name a few and the gift of jab didnt help the situation. His economic ’status’ clouded your better judgements. So yall came on in flocking each time he beckoned and the competition began. Sad you didn’t see that before ya literally decided to break bread and give ____. Im sincerely asking you to let it ride.

Ms.Main – But that’s all I’m interested in talking about really. I like to cook, so I like to swap recipes & talk about fashion & a little bit of politics, oh and my cool boyfriend. Rag on the exes & tell about a few harmless experiences(misadventures) in dating. I don’t come here for therapy.

Good Afternoon all.

Kym, I have no reason to rub your face in the Steelers lost to the Cincy. I have friends on both teams. I am just happy for Marvin Lewis. He needs any help to keep a job. Tomlin is safe.

In other news, I saw a special viewing of Chris Rock’s movie “Good Hair” over the weekend, and it is a good documentary. I was impressed. It didn’t really teach me anything different, but it is a good discussion starter.

Well, someone needs to tell Troy P. to get some voice in his voice. I saw him in Bristol CT (ESPN studios) and was reminded of how much he sounds like Mike Tyson.

Who Dat say they gonna beat dem Bengals? Yeah…it sounds like New Orleans, but we do it better.

Safety makes a big difference. Remember the difference that Indy defense has with their normal safety that year that they won the Super Bowl. Patriots bigger lost may have been Rodney Harrison last season than Brady. Patriots continued to score with Cassel but had trouble stopping folks.

Missing Troy Palumalu is huge. I agree with Ochocinco, that Troy’s voice is kinda surprisingly high. He is a great player, but the voice doesn’t fit. I know women with more bass in their voices.

Melo….

I am not a big Terrell fan, but Rodney was letting his personal feeling get involved with this current issue. Terrell wasn’t in the wrong with this week’s incident. The press was trying to get something out of him.

I don’t care for him because he is usually selfish, but this week he did the right thing.

One more thing, Rodney is wrong for calling Terrell a clown when Rodney himself was busted for steroids a number of times. He is a cheater!!
