MyTwo – As long as it’s mine, no matter how it’s straightened…and that goes for flat ironing (yep, that falls in the category as well). Just as long as it’s grown naturally. Besides, its too thick for me to fool with it for that long. I have three heads to conquer as it is.

And MyTwo… regarding a relaxer – Same holds true for —> Flat ironing. However, we AA’s gets it straight, best believe it wasn’t that way when we came out the womb. As far as I’m concerned (and per PG and Rell’s initially post)…as long as what I’m “styling” is grown from the crown of my head, is MINE…and not Mr. Ed’s or “the yak”…I’m good.

It’s WORK but hair is healthier.

My sister is natural, the work ain’t worth it, especially with all that heat she has to use to straighten it out.

She complained the other day that she wanted to start working out but didn’t want to sweat out her hair. What is the damn point of being natural then?!

Trust me if my hair wasn’t healty or didn’t respond well to it being relaxed, it’d choose another option.
