I read somewhere that every healthy relationship has boundaries. That invisible line in the sand that you would never cross, under no circumstances. Riddle me this, what happens to the boundaries when you are in love? Why is it that otherwise normal people toss out their logic and reasoning when they are head over heels?
It’s like being caught up in “the haze of love” completely blinds one to their boundaries. The next thing you know, you are hacking email accounts, looking at text messages, or something equally psycho. Would you be able to get past your date’s behavior if they crossed your relationship boundaries? Did you regret it?
My friend Paul said that he once forgave a young lady for looking through the photos on his laptop without asking. That was just one sign of how nosy and insecure she was about his female friends. They dated for a while but he thinks that the photo thing was a red flag that he ignored.
Have you ever crossed the line with someone you were dating? Did they give you another chance?
My friend D. Young coined the term relationship boiling points, recently. Those things that can send you over the edge. I can think of a couple that a guy would never recover from. Then there are the ones that can be dealt with and I can be won over again. After a little begging and a trip to the Apple store or something!
What are your relationship boiling points?

Page1908 – I remember that season. I cant remember the chicks name that got arrested but I did watch that season.
PoppaG – I actually liked the New Orleans cast, I tried to get my sister to ‘try out’ for the Real World and it wouldve been for the New Orleans cast. The only other season I watched as faithfully as that one was Chicago, I remember then watching the news during 9/11.

LOL SexyCool. Only those who can appreciate and enjoy sharing a mega bowl of Fruit Loops on a rainy Saturday morning and then sitting on the couch reading the paper or watching Curb Appeal with your sweetie would appreciate having my kind of boring.
My kind of boring…
Him pushing the cart and me marking the list at Costco.
Going to church on Sunday mornings.
Making his coffee and taking a sip to make sure it is just right.
Going shopping and putting together an outfit for the other.
Sitting at the kitchen table paying the bills.
Spending Sundays after church clipping coupons.

Rell no it is not boring. But some would say that it is. I love my life. I love being wifey, motherly, friendly. I am not one for having to be up on all the latest ballings, hitting up all the latest raved club scenes, rubbing shoulders with B-list celebs.
I don’t need all of that to have an enjoyable life.
I spend time with my family and friends doing the things we like to do. That’s good enough for me.
One day I am going to have a 7 nights/ 6 days stay in The Westin Palace, but until then…we good in our own little humble haven.

I like Lie to Me. It may be the only Fox show that I watch even though I am not a Tim Roth fan.
I learned a lot of that facial stuff back in school. Some of it is exaggerated for TV, but a lot of it is true.
It probably is the reason that I am not a fan of telephone conversations. I like seeing body and facial language.
It annoys the hell out of Mrs. PG. I could read her face pretty easily. She doesn’t hide stuff well.

HBO has good shows.
Even though, I don’t care for True Blood. I must admit that it is well done. I’d probably like the show better if I hadn’t read the books already.
The only show of theirs that I didn’t like at at was Carnival. It was just a little too out there for me. Plus it fueled my fear of midgets…lol

You wouldn’t believe how big, something so simple like this is to a dude.
1. Shows a dude that you care enough to make sure that it’s just right; and 2, that you’re not putting anti-freeze in his cup & looking for an insurance check.
