Beside Every Bad Boy

I once read that beside every bad boy is a bad girl. I interpreted this to mean that some men are drawn to the bad girls for the exact same reasons bad boys are so appealing to the ladies: excitement. The allure of excitement translates to passion; and passion can translate to, well a lot of good stuff!

While the excitement can make a bad girl seem intriguing there is a fine line between bad girl and wicked woman. Why are bad girls rarely seen without a man?

Guys, what is your definition of a bad girl? I am not talking about the emotionally unstable creatures or the psycho chicks. The bad girl that I am referring to are the women who have a little edge. How much “bad” can you handle?  Is there a particular edginess that is actually attractive without being a turn off? Have you ever met a woman that just drew you in with her bad girl attitude or behavior? Did you ever have a relationship with a bad girl?

Ladies, is it true that every woman has at least a little bad girl in her? What brings out your bad girl attitude or edginess? How do men respond to it? Are you a reformed bad girl? Was it difficult to break the bad girl habits?

As far as being forgiven – why are you concerned about that when you don’t even believe in God. But if you were serious about your question – you are forgiven for the things that you have seriously repented of. Repentence meaning that your goal is to try with all your heart not to do that thing again. The thing is, the only way to know if you’ve truly repented is when you’re confronted with that temptation again.

Dan, yes, the difference of being in the world but not of the world; becoming so is a difficult task! It’s especially difficult in our country, where everything of the world is reinforced so constantly and effectively by the media. In areas where survival is more difficult, the *value* of the difference is ever more difficult to discern.

When you’re really hungry, it starts to matter less how you acquire something to eat, or what kind of food you get.

Tazz, my bad. I thought thats what we were talking about. You know I’m one short step away from being an animal. LOL

Really though thats even worse. Anger, greed, jealousy and all the other emotions are part of the human make-up yet someone has told us they’re bad. Sure I’d like to be monk sitting on a hilltop rolling beads but then i’d be hungry and that would be a sin too. My recommendatiion is just do you and quit letting the church do you. That fugging clown in the pulpit has no idea what any god has in store for us. Look at that cat the next time you get a chance. You think an all knowing and powerful god would pick that idiot as a sales and collection rep? GTFOH His one gift in life is he has the balls to ask you for money. Have you noticed all the athletes and celebrities that got into the church got back out? They’re used to fast money and not that slow tithing kind of loot. LOL

You never answered my question. Since i’ve been baptized will i be forgiven for all the bad things i’ve done and thought?

Super Truth

Being horny, or doing edgy things in bed with a man does not change your spiritual walk with Christ.

The act of hypocrisy does.

I know you didn’t ask me….but please pardon my intent.

They say sin is a barrier to answered prayer, but if that were true (much), there would never be a prayer answered, and that obviously isn’t true.

Can’t be true.

Being single is HARD WORK! But, I’m loving it.

Always somewhere to go and something to do. It’s really hard for me to get home and JUST sit down. I’m usually walking through my door at 6p. As someone who doesn’t usually go to bed until 11p or so, that gives me 5 hours to fill up with SOMETHING.

I work out nearly every morning before I go to work. I play softball a couple of nights a week. I have been working my part time marketing job at Philips. (Which will end with the end of the Hawks play-off run – whenEVER that will be – LET’S GO HAWKS!) There is the volunteer work that I’ve been doing. I have the occasional date here and there. I hang out with my friends and family.

There just seems to ALWAYS be something to be doing. I think I’m soon going to need a vacation, not only from work, but my social life as well.

Really not that much different than my life with the exception of having the XY factor sleeping next to me. LOL

The Truth The church does not ‘do me’ – there are things that the church shuns that I do. I base my walk on the WWJD principle because I know that the man in the pulpit will fail me every time. Oh and check my 2:51 for the answer to your other question.

Baptism is only an outward expression of what you’ve already experienced internally – kind of like wearing a wedding band when you’re married.

@ Du and Demi -

For italics:

greater than sign

the letter “I”

less than sign

“text to be posted”

greater than sign

backslash sign

the letter “I”

less than sign

In order to bold:

Simply replace the letter “I” with the word “strong”

….whew! To much dayum work simply for the effects, but there it is. lol

And you would think that being single with no kinds and having the luxury of being able to come home and sit down and do nothing, this would be the exact time that we sit down and do nothing. About 80% of the time, though, when I do that, I feel like I’m wasting my life.

Make sense?

SexyCool and Tazzee a few Saturdays ago after Mason and the knucklehead left the house I decided I would go take a nice afternoon bubble. Perfect time. All chores and shopping done. Bills paid. Yada, yada, yada. I wasn’t in there 3 good minutes before I started feeling guilty. Like I should be doing something. I was like this ain’t right. Why am I feeling guilty. I deserve this.

But you know ladies I guess that is a good thing. Better to feel like you are wasting good quality time than to be a lazy couch potato with a ton of crap to be done but you just ain’t doing it.
