I agree that the week #1 win against KC was a great start (I just love it when the Falcons defy Warren Sapp’s pick) and the Dome will be rocking on Monday night for win #2 against the Broncos even with Payton Manning…….GO FALCONS!!!!!!!

Now that was some good video. What was that little green and pink thing in the corner of the picture? We was wondering if that was some sort of communication device?

If the Falcons do win on MNF trolls will still be on here saying, so what? Denver sucks, their quarterback didn’t play last year. They were 8-8 last year. …and that’s the ones that consider themselves Falcon fans.

Mark, now there’s a topic for you or Schulz; Altanta Falcons Quarterback Matt Ryan completely SHREDDING Kansas city and TOPs the league in QB rating, more than Manning, more than Rogers, Brady, etc. etc. But WHERE IS THAT HEADLINE ON ESPN? heck, where is that headline in the ATLANTA JOURNAL? No where of course. This Team has the best QB the franchise has ever had, ever, BART included; TOP 3 all time in most wins over his first 4 years; Yet until this lame brain Franchise can get their poop in a pile and win something, it’ll go unrecognized. Too many loserville season to overcome. Paid to predict Sports idiots in your profession just will not go out on a limb for this team. Patriots? yes, Steelers? of course, Packers, sure book it. Falcons? “Are you frikking kidding me?”

Great start for my Falcons. We will win this week too. I love the faster pace offense and liked what I saw in the second half from our defense who finally started playing bump and run unlike the first half where they played 10 yards back like last year.

Any team that has been as good in the regular season and failed so completely to even compete in playoff game is going to be doubted. They have done some but not enough yet to get any real credit. At least they made some draft picks on the LOS. That should help. Bringing in Samuel should help, but the fact of the matter is nationally, in big games, they have been found lacking.
Until they start making a few more statements like the chance they get monday they are going to be doubted. It’s not really a big deal. Polls don’t matter in the NFL except for ticket sales, merchandise and prime time games.
They have some shots to impress this year. If they fall on thier face again, they’ll continue to be ignored no matter what they do.

KC was without it best corner, best linebacker, and best dl. I am very concerned about how the Falcons will handle Miller and Dumerville.Denver also has far better corners than KC. This will be a true test for the Falcons Monday night. Hope they can pass.

Champ Bailey has been a shutdown corner his whole career and the other corner (Porter) just received defensive player of the week.

“Flacco sure throws a pretty deep ball”
Yea, to the other team. Flacco is nothing but an arm with no head. For years coaches were saying “Flacco, don’t do anything stupid and don’t cost us the game”. It Atlanta it was “Ryan, I know you are a rookie or a few years in the league, but do you think you can put up 40 points and have the gaming winning drive because your defense can’t help you?”
Any sane fan in Baltimore would love to have Ryan over Flacco any day of the week, fans have said it on Raven’s message boards and the team actually flirted with trading up to get Ryan. Don’t play yourself,
BTW as far as the deep ball, you can count all the deep balls Montana has thrown on one hand and how many rings did he get again? If having arm strength was the bottom line of winning and losing in the NFL then half the QBs in the league would not even be in the NFL, just ask Marino how his arm strength worked out for him.
