Love the bold prediction Mark! No hesitation. “I think this team is going to the Super Bowl”. You get an 8/10 for that, which is a bery mice score. You would have gotten a 10/10, perfect score if you said that you think this team will WIN the Super Bowl!
August 7th, 20125:15 pm
*very nice score…damn autocorrect
August 7th, 20125:21 pm
I give you credit… you got a lot of chuzpa!
August 7th, 20125:22 pm
Mr. Bradley, you have spoken. I, for one hope you are a visionary, as opposed to a hopeful idiot. The Falcons do love to tease with their winning seasons and such. But when it’s time to put up they usually shut up. GO FALCONS, MAKE THUS CRAZY MAN SANE!!!!!
Heavyweight Champion of the Earl
August 7th, 20125:26 pm
Sigh. Don’t we hear this every year? The Falcons won’t even make the playoffs!
August 7th, 20125:45 pm
Whos is this guy thinking that the Falcons are Super Bowl bound!? This guy has spunk! I like his thinking!

love the prediction Mark! new OC new DC, things are already upgraded. 11 wins, south champs, and in the thick of the SB.
August 7th, 20126:03 pm
Your prognostication is not just “nuts”, it’s crazy to the point of lunacy.
No way, no how, no sir, the falcan’t team isn’t going to get anywhere near the Mercedes Benz Superdome in February. They got too many weaknesses on there team. Weakness at QB, which in it of itself will keep them out of the running, weakness at TE where they have a guy almost as old as Mark Bradley pretending he’s still a difference maker, weakness at running back where they have another old guy that is simply burnt out, and weakness at WR where they have a loud mouth, butter fingered goof ball, their kickoff specialist can’t reach the endzone, even with the ball 5 yards closer, their middle linebackers are the weakest in the division, and they special teams returners are shaky at best.

Bradley, lay-off the Patron Shots…
Matt "CHOKE" Ryan
August 7th, 20126:09 pm
Of course they are Superbowl bound…..as long as they purchase their tickets
The only thing CHOKE will lead is another one and done and that’s a big if this season if they even make the playoffs.

Panthers are more likely to win the Super Bowl than the Falcons
I see Carolina playing some great football but only 2nd place in the NFC South. If that gets them to the Big Dance then congratulations.
August 7th, 20126:36 pm
Not the Bradley curse?????????
You stay away from the Falcons for their own good man.
You killed the Braves the last 2 years with your curses.
August 7th, 20126:39 pm
At least Bradley here is not demented enough to buy a full page newpaper ad in the AJC to guarantee a Super Bowl victory like some other half-wits.
Fortunately, falcan’t fans can take comfort in knowing that someone from the NFC South Division is going to win the Super Bowl this year, it just won’t be their team.
Kelly-era Bills fan
They certainly seem to have the talent in all the key places both sides of the ball. The injury element is always an unspoken factor and how well subs step in and don’t make excuses.
Seems as though their issues have been offensive imagination and defensive aggressiveness. Hopefully, these two issues have been remedied with new coaches.
Given that, it will come down to “want to” in this age of paritiy when on any given Sunday you can be beaten.
The reality seems to be that the winner will be the team that wants it the most.
August 7th, 20126:52 pm
Nothing wrong with that.
August 7th, 20126:57 pm
This is an absolute joke!…………..a real good chance the Falcons will miss the playoffs. Vegas oddsmakers have them on the outside looking in and are currently priced at nearly 30 to 1 to win the SB. Didn’t Bradley pick this last year too? Melt makes plenty enough to afford a comfy box to sit and watch the SB in NO. If the Falcons had any chance at all(which they didn’t), the Bradley curse just officially killed it!
August 7th, 20126:58 pm
My friend, your lunacy is only exceeded by your Troll Fail which only you know why you fail at everything else, probably your parents. Sure, knock on our Top 10 QB, Hall of Fame TE, possibly the best tandem of WR in the game today, our NFC rushing Champion 2 years running. “Kick off specialist”? You don’t know our kickers name do you? Special teams returners shaky at best? Hell, we haven’t had to even use ‘em yet. But I am sure you’ve SeenThemB4. And PLEASE, don’t even talk crap about our D, your who dat crap aints have less D than the high flyin’ Falcons ………..!! So get your food thickener for that stroke condition and maybe you’ll decide to abandon that stupid aints bandwagon you jumped on back in ‘09 for a real football team.
RISE UP BABY!!
OPEN YOUR EYES IS BACK
August 7th, 20127:02 pm
MARK BRADLEY HAVE YOU GONE MAD?
August 7th, 20127:05 pm
AYE SEEN CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT THESE HOPLESS FAILCAN’TS FANS THINK THEY ARE SUPERBOWL BOUND???!! HAHAHAHAHA I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE FALCONS AND MATT RYAN MELT UNDER PRESSURE AGAIN!!!
August 7th, 20127:09 pm
7 wins due weak head coaching, average QB play & slow ability to learn new schemes on offense and defense. It’s hard to say but the Saints without a true head coach still have more organizational stability. Smitty is not a top 10 head coach….go ahead count them and prove me wrong.
August 7th, 20127:12 pm
Super Bowl? They better go ahead order their tickets just like anyone else then.
August 7th, 20127:14 pm
Mark. Love your work in the past but I can’t sit through a 30 second ad to hear it.
August 7th, 20127:41 pm
I still think this team’s OL isn’t good enough to get to the Super Bowl.
August 7th, 20127:56 pm
You say nut, the rest of the world says Homer.
@SeenThisB4 …..Lunacy describes you to a tee! Yeah….I guess since your coach and a few of your players got suspended and with all the negative aura around your team….yall are just going to carry that super bowl trophy Into the sunset…It don’t work that way you moronic hot air bafoon !
August 7th, 20128:14 pm
Falcons do not have a playmaker at QB. Until they get that they will continue to be a good regular season team. When it’s time to put up or shut up, sometimes you just need a guy to make a play. Like Eli in his super bowl wins. Arron Rodgers makes plays, Drew Brees makes plays, Tom Bradey makes plays. Ryan plays the game, he doesn’t make plays
August 7th, 20128:29 pm
@BTWARREN- YOU MY FRIEND HAVE “OPENED YOUR EYES”!!!!!! THATS ALL FOLKS
August 7th, 20128:46 pm
@Sid: You all don’t have a top ten QB, at best he is a mid of the pack QB. He didn’t even make the top 100 NFL players list! LOL! And yes, your TE should already be in the HOF, rocking in a chair instead of getting shamefully beat up on your offensive side of the ball, and I stress “OFFENSIVE!”
@Blake: Happy trails girl!
Mark Bradley, thanks for the laughs, you should have been a comedic writer.
August 7th, 20128:52 pm
The last non-elite QB to lead his team to a Super Bowl appearance was Rex Grossman in 2006. For the Falcons to get there, Ryan will either have to take his game to another level or we’ll have to buck a pretty strong trend.
August 7th, 20129:43 pm
Well, we all know how deadly accurate Mark Bradley is with his predictions every year, so this is sure to happen.
August 7th, 20129:47 pm
The Saints trolls are almost shrill in their posts. You guys sound desperate to drown out anyone who says anything good about the Falcons, as if that will make it true. The truth is, you have no idea how this season will go. Say what you will, but you are scared to death of our team, and you are terrified that your guys will fall apart without Payton.
Yes, the Saints won the Super Bowl in 2009. Good job, guys. We were almost happy for you back then, after everything you had been through.
But your obnoxiousness is wearing pretty thin. It’s not just grating on the Falcons fans, but most of the country is getting pretty tired of your schtick. The pay-for-injury-scheme, the arrogance, the whining. All that’s left is to come on our boards and rag on the Falcons, because looking in the mirror for too long makes you cringe.
Nobody thought much of Drew Brees before he won a Super Bowl—and the Saints have never won anything before or since. Nobody thought much of Eli Manning until he won TWO Super Bowls, and people still look at him kind of funny. So just because Matt Ryan hasn’t won yet, doesn’t mean he’s not going to. When did Peyton win one, in his 9th season?
I know you guys just ignore all the good things the Falcons do, and you only focus on the negatives, but I’m pretty sure there are a ton of teams in the league that would love to have Matt Ryan. And Drew Brees is just about done. Then what do you have, Saints fans?
Nothing. You’ll still be here, trolling our boards, talking about 2009, which is getting further and further away.
August 7th, 20129:51 pm
Davenpoop is back!!!
August 7th, 201210:02 pm
@Larry: What’s your point? Grammar? Is that what you’re hanging your hat on? FAIL.
August 7th, 201210:09 pm
@Nite Owl: Granted you have a point, we don’t know for sure how this season will go. Bradley, however, does seem to know on this video, and that’s what I responded to. As for you, I know that you, as most of your falcan’t brethren are doing, are estatic about Payton being suspended and view it as your team’s opportunity to make a move. Good luck with that, cause even without our coaches and susupended players, the Saints are still generally picked by the experts to prevail in the division race. And yes, we’ll still be here trolling your boards at the end of the season….the real issue will be how many these falcan’t fans won’t be here, and that’s the real shameful truth.
August 7th, 201210:11 pm
Bradley picking the old failcants again. Dude if I were you I would stay away from the night clubs in the atl. The lowly failcants will never win a super bowl. The only team playing in the super bowl from the nfc south will be the saints. They will be the first team to host and play in a super bowl in their own city, and you can take that to the bank.
August 7th, 201210:13 pm
who dat nation in full effect
August 7th, 201211:03 pm
Sure, we’ll see how it goes. I think the difference between you and me is that I don’t take glee in other people’s failures. When I was a kid I lived on the Gulf Coast before moving to Atlanta at age 12. I was always a Falcons fan, but I hated to see New Orleans go through what it went through. My old childhood home got demolished during Katrina.
I will also admit that a wounded animal is dangerous, so the Saints could rally together and have a great season. My point is that Brees won’t be around much longer, and Matt Ryan is just getting started. The guy you are hating on and calling “Choke” has had a much better start to his career than Brees did.
Brees never even threw for 4,000 yards in his first five years. The Chargers went 5-11 in 2001 and fired their coach. Compare that with Matt Ryan going 11-5 in his rookie year and helping us rebound from the nightmare of 2007. Nobody on Earth though we would make the playoffs after the Petrino/Vick debacle.
Chargers went 8-8 in 2002, Brees’ first full season. Then 4-12 in 2003. Then they went 12-4 in 2004 but tanked in the playoffs. Sound familiar? Is that “choking”? Why don’t you go back and kill Brees for that?
My point is that you’re so busy hating—and it’s not in good fun as far as I can see—that you are blind to the context. Any fool can point out the obvious—that we haven’t won a playoff game with Ryan and Smitty yet, and yes we only scored two points against the Giants. I think we’ve built a new culture and we’re going to do better. We’re not going 4-12, 8-8, whatever.
But for you guys to pretend you’re some kind of dynasty because you lucked into landing Drew Brees, that’s just overplaying your hand. After suffering so much as a Saints fan, you should feel grateful. You should be more humble. The weird crowing and childish trash-talking doesn’t suit a grown man. Leave that crap for the Jets fans or Keith Brooking in a Dallas uniform. But it doesn’t belong here.
August 7th, 201211:23 pm
I had a long response, but the blog monster ate it, I think. If I’m double-posting, I apologize.
Go back and check out Brees’ first five years in the NFL. Not even one 4,000 yard season. One winning season with the Chargers at 12-4, then flamed out in the playoffs. Matt Ryan has a much better career at this point than Drew Brees did. Would you call Brees “Choke”? Would you kill him for not winning a playoff game?
My only problem with you guys is that you act like a dynasty because you were lucky enough to pick up Drew Brees. Without him, nothing happens. You got one Super Bowl ring. Awesome. After suffering so much as a Saints fan, you should be more grateful, more humble. Not this weird and manic crowing and childish trash-talking.
And don’t think I’m happy about the Payton suspension. A wounded lion is dangerous. I’d rather beat you guys head-to-head at full strength, because then there are no excuses. I don’t revel in other people’s misery, like you guys seem to do—and it doesn’t seem to be in good fun at all.
I don’t need to kick people when they’re down. The whole tenor of these Falcons blogs has gotten way too hostile because of you guys, and because some Falcons fans are trying to throw the mud right back at you—dragging them down to your level in other words.
But you’re the ones stirring the pot, and it’s not “Who Dat?” Nation, it’s just a few guys trying to jam up a Falcons blog, a few guys who make their team look bad, after it had generated so much national goodwill after the Super Bowl. Your management shot itself in the foot with the pay-for-injury scheme—there’s no one else to blame—and you guys’ attitudes just make it worse.
It’s supposed to be a heated but respectful rivalry, but you guys show no respect to anyone. I’ll ignore it from now on, because there’s literally nothing else I can say to try to change it. I know I’m a fool to try and talk sense to you guys, but I did my best.
August 7th, 201211:30 pm
There is nothing like resolve and the ability to agree to disagree.Even when the Falcons werenot very competitive we played the Saints tough and visa versa. This division and the divisonal race will be brutal.Which ever team doesnt allow Carolina and Tampa from stealing regular season games. Will win the division.I think the Saints weak link is depth in several positions just can’t afford any injuries. And the schedule, some of these .500 teams are good and getting better. You play them at home and they are healthy you could catch an “L”.The acquisition of the two coordinators is big.Real X’s and O’s guys.
August 7th, 201211:53 pm
Aargh. Sorry for the two long posts. Like I said, thought the first one didn’t go through.
Um, go Falcons.

“I still think this team’s OL isn’t good enough to get to the Super Bowl.”
Hillbilly hasn’t been wrong on this point since the AJC has allowed comments!
August 8th, 201212:22 am
@Nite Owl: First of all, leave Katrina out of it. I went through it, you didn’t. Second, we didn’t luck into acquiring Brees, Payton wanted him and convinced him to come to New Orleans in Feb 2006, which says a lot for Drew. Second, I didn’t call Ryan a choke, I said he was middle of the pack, and he is. Just as you say that Brees wasn’t elite in the beginning of his career, neither is Ryan.
Your opinion of the “tenor” of these blogs is biased at best, parochial, more accurate. You even break it down to your own hierachy, declaring that “we” bring the tone down to our level, even though you admit your own throw mud. Please man, no side is clean, and no side is above the other in terms of the tenor here.
The simple fact is that the AJC owns this blog, Mark Bradley writes it, and if he has the temerity to declare on an internet web site that his home team is going to the Super Bowl this year to win it, then he and his readers better have the cajones to hear a counter view.
Your team, is my team’s main rival and have been for my entire life. I don’t just hate your team, I despise them, viscerally. Nothing personal. I just don’t like them. Anything bad that happens to them, anything at all, is a source of comfort to me. Just like, no wait, that’s not the right word. EXACTLY like you have taken comfort in the penalties imposed on the Saints, whether you admit it or not. And yes, you are a fool if you think that you can change that.
STB4, signing off.
August 8th, 20121:22 am
I’m in lets do it! All the way to the Super Bowl.
August 8th, 20123:32 am
It sounds to me like you think Mike Smith is simply lucky… nothing more. He was lucky because his two coordinators quit, he thought they were great and he was NOT going to fire them.
Is that what we want?

Thanks for making your allegiances clear and not conforming to what we want you to be. I encourage Falcon fans to let a Saints fan who takes more pleasure in denigrating our team than extolling his be reminded of every little victory we accomplish this year. He’ll hate any victory and will minimize it as well but that’s his privilege. Our job is to celebrate each butt kicking we place on an opponent. Go Dirty Birds!
August 8th, 20126:14 am
The Falcons are awesome!
August 8th, 20127:22 am
Don’t know if I would want your job. You’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t (pick the Falcons).
August 8th, 20127:43 am
At least I see where you’re coming from now a little better. And I apologize if I lumped you in with “Choke” unfairly, but it all kind of blurs together with the Matt Ryan hate, which I just don’t think is warranted. And I don’t agree that he’s middle of the pack; my point was that he’s had a much better first four years than Brees—by far.
I don’t know why you despise the Falcons “viscerally”, because I’ve never felt that way about the Saints, even though you’re our biggest rivals. And I’ve been a fan since I was a toddler.
By the way, I never said I “went through” Katrina, just saying that I used to live on the Coast and that I have a lot of love for the people down there, including close family and friends who lost a lot and are now living here. Not sure why you would jump on me for that. If anything, I’m trying to say why our fans should get along better than most rivalries’ fans. But, oh well. You didn’t take it that way.
You seem like a pretty reasonable guy, but you just hate the Falcons so much that you have to come on here and say the things you say. I get it, and so I’ll move on.
August 8th, 20128:06 am
Don’t play with me like this. One can only wish the dirty Birds win the the Supper Bowl before the grave.

August 8th, 20128:55 am
Mark Bradley: Pretty bold prediction, this fan hopes you are spot-on. Folks everything begins at the OL or “at-the-line-of-scrimmage” — So if we make it through the season with no skill position injuries (major that is) — Sam Baker plays his position the way he was drafted to play. Big John on DL gets the same out of his body as in past 2 season and right DE, LB & DB’s step-up and play. Then we are a go for the Super Bowl, alot to get done……”We’ll see”

We’ll have to paint on a Falcon on that statue at their stadium.
August 8th, 20129:17 am
I think the Falcons will be in the heart ofthe mix come playoff time and certainly contend for a championship. Matt Ryan is entering his 5th season as QB and how often do people forget how long it took Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees to finally hit pay-dirt.
August 8th, 20129:25 am

This is the year…
August 8th, 20129:45 am
It would be very sweet for the Falcons to win the Super Bowl in New Orleans, but were about 5 months away from even thinking about getting our hopes up for that.
August 8th, 20129:51 am
Lots of question marks. The O-line, how well the defense comes together as a whole, how much Michael Turner and Tony Gonzalez have left in the proverbial “tank”. I appreciate you going out on limb Mark. But I sure wouldn’t bet on the Falcons making the Super Bowl. Playoffs perhaps. But with the with all of these questions I’d say that finally even acheiviing a playoff win is something I wouldn’t count on.
August 8th, 201210:04 am
Every Superbowl winning team has one or two areas in which they lead the NFL statistically. The Ravens won a SB with the NFL’s best defense yet one of the worst offenses. The Falcons used to be one of the top rushing teams in the NFL but couldn’t get a decent defense together to make a SB run. The last few years have offered no signature area(s) of strength which is why these teams beat the average teams but get embarrassed by good teams in the playoffs. Until everyone steps up nothing will change- Roddy quits dropping passes, Ray Edwards starts sacking the QB, Ryan learns to stretch the field, O-line starts protecting Ryan, and Safeties/CBs stay on top of WRs. Many casual fans (who are needed to make this organization successful) have already lost interest and it’s imperative that the Falcons make a statement this year to avoid more erosion. Last year I had a tougher time giving my tickets away for games I couldn’t attend and so far this year the only interest has been in the Manning game.
August 8th, 201211:03 am
@SeenThisBefore – don’t you get that NO ONE on this blog gives a CRAP about what you think? Do you troll falcons boards because the saints fans are too stupid to figure out how to write one? Jesus, get your idiotic opinions out of here and get a life you loser….
August 8th, 201211:04 am
Hilarious Mark. You really sold him when you smirked right after you said we were going to the Super Bowl. That was the same smirk Mularkey made after he said the Falcons didn’t have the personnel to throw screen passes. Not very believable, lol
I’m right with you though. Really, what else is there to say, except Super Bowl or bust?
August 8th, 201211:08 am
I believe the Falcons have lost in the first round to the eventual SB champ in all 3 of Smith’s appearances. Maybe they’ll draw an easier first-round foe this year.
August 8th, 201211:55 am
Well this article was clearly troll bait. And it worked.
Falcons won’t likely be SuperBowl bound this year, but the Saints are even further removed, as they are soon to find out. Gonna be rough and rocky. Gonna have to rely even more on that offense (because even with the addition of a guy we saw no need to retain, their defense sucks monkey nuts), and guess what? Even an NFL record breaking season from Breesy wasn’t enough last season.
Teams will know how to gameplan for Sproles, Breesy won’t have as good of a year (ever again, he’s on the downslope) and the Saints OL won’t be as good as it was last season. Get ready for your bags. Will that be paper (shame) or plastic (end it all)?
Have fun, trolls. While you can.
August 8th, 201212:24 pm
Mark, as you know you picked Georgia to make it to the BCS title game. I guess you will be picking the Hawks too to play in the NBA Finals next season.
August 8th, 201212:27 pm
STB4 Although you and I have had our differences, that last post you made was one I can respect! Thank you for coming out and saying you hate my team, we feel the same about the AINTS (and just for the record no team in NFL history has ever hosted a SB and played in it; trust me the AINTS are not making history………lol). Only problem I have with you is that you come here to the Falcon Blog to showcase your hate?! I think you guys are really the ones who are concerned about the Falcons and this coaching staff becasue you consistently troll this blog to give your opinion about the Home Team who will be RISING UP. Funny how many guys like you, Matt “choke” Ryan, and others that cheer for the Aints get on here to do your cheering? It just puzzles me to the fullest that you dont go to your teams blog and bash us on your team blogs and talk up your AINTS. We as the RISE UP NATION dont troll your blogs and bash your team………….dont have time for it, and besides it is just a wack way to roll. I definetly like the idea of us having the banter going back and forth when we are in the stands or on the streets and we see your pride for your team but here on the Falcons Blog (let me say it again) FALCONS BLOG; it is just sad. Come on man dudes! Cheer your team head back to your blog and do it, we dont want your hear! Only Falcons fans man! And those that call themselves “Falcons Fans’ (let me use that term loosely) if all you can do is bash the home team and stay Negative Nancy with the rest of these AINTS, how about you follow them to another blog? Just saying…………..We are the RISE UP NATION! Real fans dont die, we grow and we continue to RISE UP!

August 8th, 201212:48 pm
@Nite Owl…..My hat’s off to you…couldn’t have said It better myself. I have never hated N.O. I even pulled for them In the Super Bowl. I liked Bourbon St. and would like to go back and visit some time. What I don’t like, just like you, Is their fans coming on here and hatin’ on the Falcons. I truly felt bad for their team, contrary to what Seen may think. You reap what you sow…and their hurting for It. But I think
after what happened to their team…I wouldn’t show my face on their blog…never have…I’m a Falcons fan !
August 8th, 20121:18 pm
Not only will the FALCONS go to the SUPER BOWL!! The Falcons will raise the LOMBARDI TROPHY after winning the Super Bowl in the stadium of our biggest rival!! Can’t wait for this season to get started would love to see the Falcons knock the Aints out of the playoffs too bad they won’t make it that far. LOL!!!!

and Mr. Bradley whom did you pick last year ? and where did you pick the Falcons to come
in last strike shortened ( or lockouted ) summer.
August 8th, 20122:33 pm
Thanks Bradley! You still the man!
August 8th, 20122:34 pm
This prediction will only make sense if the Falcons actually make it the Big Dance….I just hope we are on the lookout for some quality OL/DL that might get cut from other teams because we are in need of them. I have been a Falcon fan since the days of Bartkowski, Jenkins, and Andrews, but I can not recall ever having a super dominant lineman that was a real game changer. John Abraham came close, but stayed hurt too much. With all that said…..LET”S GO FALCONS!
Also, I love the fact that these Saints fans continue to come to our blog and show their feeble, weak-mind dispositions. My fan-hood would never allow me to think about logging onto a Saints blog, or anything not Falcon-related. What up Falcon Nation!

Statues R' Us
August 8th, 20122:54 pm
The Saints built a statue honoring a blocked punt against the Falcons.
The Falcons need a statue honoring the score on September 16,1973.

Now to #keepit100, I love da home team, but right now, I just dont see it…Newton is on the come up, Freeman is getting better, Brees is in his prime, and Ryan seems to be stuck in space…IDK…to me he looks scared when its time to really get it done. After that embarassment last year from the Saints when Brees broke the record over our face and we couldnt convert on 3rd downs, i was like mannnnnnnnn its not happening. And lets not talk about the 2points scored in a PLAYOFF GAME…this team has alot of growing to do before I say we in the superbowl.
August 8th, 20122:56 pm
That was a great game, we then lose three in a row, before beating Chicago at the stadium.
August 8th, 20123:13 pm
Yes, yes, yes. I agree with Mark Bradley 100 percent. If they stay healthy, then yes they are going to be in New Orleans for a second time. I think with the addition of Samuel, and putting Robinson in the slot, will allow us to put more pressure on the QB. Also having Mike Nolan as a defensive coach will make a huge difference. I’m still concern about Matt Ryan, but since it’s a contract year, he knows he has to perform. So thank you Mark, I’ve been telling coworkers, friends, etc., the FALCONS are not only going, but they are going to win the Superbowl. I’m taking the FALCONS over the JETS.
August 8th, 20123:15 pm
You have outdone yourself Mark! Outside of adding Samuel and Konz, what has this team done to improve? We don’t have a pass rush, or a middle linebacker. Teams don’t win NFL championships based on skill positions only. We have a QB who plays not to lose, and is scared to throw downfield. 9-7 at best.

Pay little attention to Bradley.. He also said the Thugas would win the SEC and compete for a natinal championship!! hA…
August 8th, 20124:41 pm
9-7 won the superbowl last year so……… Really?
August 8th, 20124:44 pm
Nobody outside metro Atlanta that’s in their right mind would pick the Falcons to reach the SB or UGA to reach the BCS Championship game. Homers write this garbage, and hopeful fans absorb it like sponges. Anyone who really believes these predictions is floating in their aircastles!
August 8th, 20126:03 pm
4:44 You could be right…..Re: Falcons — Then again “who knows” —- Re: UGA “who cares”
FAILCANTS will be in the SB....
August 8th, 20126:46 pm
As fans only….They will not be playing in one,ever…..I can’t believe anyone would predict such…lmao…this team is a perennial loser…..
Saints will have 2 SB rings after this year.fact…
Saints > FAILCANTS
Stay classy delusional Failcant fans…
The Saints TROLL
August 8th, 20127:57 pm
Use of the word “Failcant” makes me feel really bad. You see, because it’s a combination of the words “fail” and “can’t.” So that means the Falcons are doomed to”fail”, and they “can’t” win. Terrific wordplay.
Also, the little carrot mark > is the “greater than” symbol. What this means is that the thing on the left side is “greater than” the thing on the right side. So, if you put Saints on the left of the little carrot, and Falcons on the right, then that means the Saints are “greater than” the Falcons. Again, that’s pretty clever.
Also, stating an opinion and then saying “fact” after that opinion means it is completely true and cannot be refuted. There’s just no arguing after someone says “fact.” Ingenious.
In the face of such flawless and learned argument, I have no choice but to abandon my Falcons, lie down in a ditch somewhere, and wait to see who wins the Super Bowl. Then I’ll be the fan of that team instead. Thank you, Saints troll, for showing me the error of my ways in such convincing fashion.
August 8th, 20128:04 pm
I 100% agree with Bradley.
August 8th, 20128:13 pm
Actually; the rampit, rabid sAINTS trolls on this FALCONS site think they and the sAINTS are legends in their own mind! Lol!
August 8th, 20128:40 pm
Mark I thought you got rid of the bong from your UGA days….
August 8th, 20128:52 pm
I don’t know what kind of kool-aid you are drinking but it must pack one more punch for you to post a comment like you did a few back………………if that was to happen I know the whole world is ” Fixed ” !
Anyways, as far as it goes right now, I am not drinking no kool-aid and it remains to be seen if Bradley’s SB prediction pans out and for me to even consider it happening I need to see this team play and perform through at least 5 games to even get a good read on a change and improvement on all sides of the ball.
Oh yeahhhhhhhhh, they have talent and some very blessed and gifted players but lets just see what happens through some regular season games first……………not the preseason, the ones that are going to count ! Its a long, long road and h*ll to pay to get to the big game and was they to do it, then I would drink something stronger than any Kool-aid they sell in a liquor store !

The Falcons are a good football team and I disagree with anyone who thinks otherwise. However…this year…the NFC’s top 50% of teams appear to be as good as they have been in quite some time. Vegas has the Falcons as the 7th best team in the conference(tied with Detroit and Dallas). This is a Falcons team that was good last year(10-6) and I see no reason they wont be at least as good this year. But the Giants…Eagles…Packers…Bears…Saints and 49ers are all picked ahead of the Falcons. If the Falcons play with a chip on there shoulder….watch out!….this good team just might become great!
Falclowns are average at best....
August 9th, 20127:08 am
And, “I disagree with everyone who thinks otherwise” ^^^^^…..Saints will own you, AGAIN….
Stay classy with NO SB RING IN DA ATL….
August 9th, 20128:17 am
The interesting thing about continuous improvement is that you get better each year! They are on track for a great year. It is never easy in the NFL and you can never say for certainty who will emerge as the ultimate winner. You can however keep doing better and your chances improve immensely as you do get better. That is what we are seeing with the Falcons… bank on it! GO FALCONS!
August 12th, 20126:26 am
We’ve got to win a playoff game before we can go to a SB. FIRST THINGS FIRST.
August 14th, 20121:12 pm
