Wow! A lot of racism on this blog. Pretty sad. How about this?

* We retire Vicks number before the game Sunday.
* After the game we let the Atlanta chapter KKK hang Vick and electrocute him.

Everybody wins and all you stupid racist get your way.

MARK BRADLEY

Like I blogged last night, Ryan didn't want to be shown up by the former qb in his own stadium and you said that was silly.

Lets see...............

1. He walked off the field unassisted

2. He is ruled out of Sunday's game

3. Mike Smith never gives the league this far advance notice

Norwood has been out for nearly 6 games and each week he is listed as questionable and the same for Turner, but the CHOKE is ruled out on a Monday?

Bradley, you are either extremely Naive, not very sharp or part of the cover up - you pick :)

I haven't read the other comments yet, so I apologize if I'm being repetitious. I just have to get this off my chest. I have never seen a set of pro football defensive backs who are constantly either nowhere near the receiver, or when they are, they appear to have no idea that the ball is being thrown their way. I realize it's a young set of guys. But isn't that where coaching should kick in? I have no idea why Tampa Bay ever stopped throwing the ball at all. Even with an inexperienced QB, the Falcons seem to have no answer for the pass play. That is going to kill them against McNabb and Breese, who can (and will) pass often.

Mark Bradley is right on when he says the Tampa game would have been a bigger loss. I realize that Tampa ALWAYS gets up for the Falcons matchups but to go 5-6 with Philly and New Orleans coming up would have been pure devastation. Its true in my opinion that the Falcons are BETTER THAN BOTH PHILLY AND N.O., until THEY COLLECTIVELY BELIEVE THAT IN THEIR OWN MINDS, THEY WONT GET PAST THOSE TWO CLUBS. In my opinion for what it is worth, the Falcons have the best team in football. Unfortunately for them, they still think they are a doormat and continue to play like one. THEY HAVE ALL THE WEAPONS ON OFFENSE: Turner, Norwood, White, Jenkins, Gonzales, and Ryan. For GodS Sake, what more do you want? Why cant you score against a 1-9 football team? Why does it take being on the precipice of losing, with ONLY 20 SECONDS REMAINING IN A CONTEST AGAINST A 1-9 FOOTBALL TEAM DO YOU HAVE TO PULL OUT A MIRACLE WIN OUT OF DESPARATION against an absolute pathetic doormat (Tampa/1-9). Come on guys, what are you waiting for? Why do you keep playing such sorry football? The fans of Atlanta should boycott the upcoming home games and refuse to show up until Atlanta puts a competitive product on the football team. I guarantee you if you Falcons had lost yesterdays game, no ones job would have been safe other than owner Arthur Blank. Pink slips would have been flying everywhere. Im tired of this team just mailing it in and giving up on the season. For Christs sake, we should be 11-0 right now instead of 6-5. What a pathetic football team. The Falcons stink to high heaven.

man defense kills the falcons it only "benefits" Chris Houston who was a beast in man coverage while at college. all the other dbs are suited for zone. and with a successful running attack i think zone gets turnovers which is better because switching to zone means you still get scored on but at least it gives your corners the chance of stopping that 50 yard drive and keeping Chris Houston from breaking it down early and actually forcing his eyes on the ball, hes used to NFL speed. the other dbs are just way too young. Chris isnt even a veteran yet. it seems like they look for erik coleman and throw away from him.
