I dont believe the braves will trade vazquez you just cannot trade your best pitcher. The only thing is how are we going to get a big bat? I dont believe that anyone will trade for dereck lowe rumor has it the braves will be willing to trade him for prospects. Now alot of you are probably like well why do that? I think this would be the best scenario because we could possibly try the free agent market to see what we can get but i dont believe it will happen via the trade and i believe vazquez will be our number 2 starter next season.

HAL, no chance of that now that we (Twins) traded Gomez. The Twins no longer have an extra outfielder to deal.

Should be noted though, we were one of the teams supposedly interested in Kenshin (which I would have LOVED, as a Twins and Chunichi fan) but I think our offer was similar to the one the Orioles gave Uehara (2 years/$10m). If the Twins could have had Kenshin for nothing last year, there’s no way they’d give something up for him.
