There are far more Republican elected official with criminal records then there are Hawks or Falcons with criminal records. I have no problem with people with tattoes but closeted self hating homosexual pedephille hypocrites do give me reason to pause ( and no, I don't hate them thought i do not support their actions). That said, I'm Hawks fan for life, but still it would nice to see twice the winning teams but self -identification is not my vice. Other peoples triumphs and/or failures do not reflect upon me. I am my own man.

Falcons are, easily! I love what the Hawks have done the last two years as far as 'on the court' but drafting Acie Law and Marvin Williams have not been a bust, but picking as high as they were able to, they have not got the 'quality' out of them like other teams have gooten out of their picks.

Hawks are definately more fun to watch, and I know cause I used to go to the Omni and check them out during the Nique and Webb years, but the Falcons are definately a more realistic hope, as far as I am concerned, to bring playoff glory and a championship to Atlanta.

Now if we could just get rid of Booby Cox, we would have 3 GREAT teams!

Who's better, the Falcons or the Hawks? Tough question to answer. Both teams are having defensive issues this year. Hmmm, I say they're both on the same level. Neither is better than the other.

GO FALCONS! GO HAWKS!

The most significant difference ins the GM and ownership which is reflected in the performance of the team. The Falsons now have the people in the front office and ownership that will result in winning consistantly over the long haul, while the Hawks have one of the weakest ownership and GM combinations in all of sports.

the hawks r better but i dont know how the hawks would be if say jeff teague(william moore) was hurt. or joe smith(Brian williams) got hurt during the season. its hard to dictate the impact of injury due to the different size of teams but i agree that tye hill was a boost to the falcons deffense that has potential to negate some of our injuries with the falcons but the hawks are just a different beast. with the falcons all you have to worry about is michael turner then matt ryan+receivers and maybe sum "1" on that front 7. with the hawks it starts with all horford all the way down to jeff teague with a possibility of 3 unproven players on the bench

Falcons will have a better chance of winning a title before the Hawks. NFL teams are more balanced and it's easier to win a one game playoff and move on than 4 of 7.
