Not just one, but a whole group of players must believe that their success, and their families', depends upon the success of their coach. In a war, no one fights because they hate what's in front of them, but they love what's behind them. Bear Bryant won because his players loved him. Mark Richt has lost that, for whatever reason. It very well may be because Brain van Gorder is gone. However, it is up to Mark Richt to overcome those obstacles, and, so far, he has not. Meanwhile, I believe the Dawgs can take comfort in watching the LSU Tigers descend down into their own toilet, as the SEC becomes the "Meyer vs Saban Show". The future of college football looks more and more like professional wrestling, as the SEC gains more and more of the Talmudvision market share... He will field a defense which will ELEVATE their game next year. Bobo is the MOST imaginative OC in the South, running the WILDCAT and I FORMATION MULTIPLE SETS. Great playcaller is Bobo. Isn’t it amazing that Tech consistently is out recruited by not only Georgia but also Clemson, Tennessee, South Carolina, Auburn and more recently Alabama in its own state? That fact alone should tell you that the Tech program is not thought of very highly throughout the South. When was the last time Tech had a great coach? the fifties?….When was the last time you had great talent…Reggie Ball?…please stop I’m laughing again…..Please don’t forget our golf team and equestrian teams winning NC’s…How about our 02′and 05′ SEC Championships…… you know as long as were counting.
