Gator nation: Perhaps DAWG NATION is just giving you a chance to catch up a little. After all the overall win loss record between the two team is about 46-37-2 with Georgia ahead. UF has won 17 out of the last 30, just about 50% of the last 30. Not so dominating when you look at teh big picture; actually UGA has dominated... A dog bone for your thoughts...

Maybe now you Georgia fans will start referring to this game by its correct title - it's the Florida-Georgia game, not the Georgia-Florida game.

It done be time for us to do something about the winnings. We should be SEC champs 3 or 4 times per decades and BCS champs at least 1 or 2 times per decades.

We pays big money dollars and its time we brought in some talented football player mens instead of the stinky school boys on the team. If theys want to be school boys and losing on Saterdays then we need to ships em on wavers to pointer heady schools like Duke, Vandy, and Techies.

We got to be committing to wins and that means focusting on the football. Anybodies who thinks elses is fooling themselves and not a real Dawgs fans.

Those were pretty harsh words by Mark Bradley, but I can't find fault with anything he said.

We need to think seriously if we want to keep our wagon hitched to Mark Richt.

It is obvious to everyone, except possibly Damon Evans, that our program is not an SEC caliber program. With the largest recruiting base outside the State of Florida we are being out-recruited and with one of the most tenured (isn't CMR actually THE most tenured?) head coaches in the league we are being outcoached.

In the time CMR has been at UGA, two different head coaches have won BCS Championships at LSU. In half of the time as CMR, Urban Myer has two BCS titles and is rolling towards a third. And UGA, instead of competing for the SEC East title is struggling for bowl eligibility.

Richt should be embarrassed for himself and his staff. I know I am embarrassed for them.

We don't just need a new defensive coordinator, we need an offensive coordinator, a QB coach, and a new head coach who is capable of hiring quality personnel to fill the aforementioned positions and provide LEADERSHIP.

But it should not have taken this year for everyone to realize CMR is in over his head. Last year was more telling of the incompetence of this coaching staff. That we couldn't have won the SEC East with Stafford and Moreno in the backfield, or that 42 points was not enough to beat Tech at home is all the proof we needed.

Dump this arrogant, dispassionate, and uninspiring coach before we are lapped by the Vandys of the league!

Let's go after the Cinci coach. He will attract great players with his scheme. We need to completely clean house in Athens. As I said in my post after the Okie St. game. If Richt allowed his loyalty to interfere with making changes, then he deserves to be fired. I posted after the first game that Cox should be benched; Murray should start. Red shirt Mettenberger this would separate he and Murray. Should have played Ealey sooner and should have fired Martinez after last year. Anyway, Richt's loyalty to his older players and coaches has hurt his credibility, and I cannot see him overcoming this issue. Let's completely wipe the slate clean and start over fresh. We need some new blood in Athens. What good has multiple top 10 recruiting classes been for us? Exactly, not much, but we have failed to meet expectations time and time again. I once was a big Richt supporter; now I want him gone. Evans / Adams, buy this got out and send him down the road. Either way you are going to lose money. Your fan base is pulling back. Would you rather lose the money from Richt's buyout or from fans? I am sure the few million that you would pay Richt is the much lesser route to take. I am sick of our great program getting disgraced. Those guys allowing the sickening dance/celebration while we are losing. No class, no class, no class. What in the world was Richt thinking when he changed our uniforms. Absolutely disgusting. Oregon was the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw my dogs take the field. Change is needed now. Don't wait until the end of the season. Run all of them off now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, they pay us quite well to be a college coach. Can you imagine getting paid the bucks we do to coach kids in a football game? If I were footing the bill, I'd be mad. My pay greatly exceeds the cost of raising a family, but I'll take it.

To those howling Bulldog fans who want to get rid of Coach Richt because of an off season at 4-4 , forgeting his accomplishments...GET A LIFE! Your problem is low self esteem and you are overly emotionally invested in the team. When the Bulldogs lose it reminds you of your own failings and you get oh so tough on the coaches and the team,Mature fans can be frustrated and give opinions but they remember its just a football game.Coach Richt is a professional and will not panic. He and his hard working coaches who use the career as college coach to suport thier families should be given every chance to turn around the season and then, as in any business, evaluation should be made for changes and improvement in personnel if that is what is needed.,
