LETS STOP THE HATE TALK. I CRITICIZE RICK SUND WITH THE HAWKS, KELLY JOHNSON AND SORIANO ONLY FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE BUT THERE IS NO HATE INVOLVE. I THINK THE WHOLE MIKE VICK THING IS SPURRED ON BY RACISM AND HATE. WHY CAN'T PEOPLE ACCEPT THE FACT THAT THE YOUNG MAN MADE A MISTAKE, PAID FOR IT. AND WANTS ANOTHER CHANCE. OUR COUNTRY OF AMERICA IS SUPPOSE TO BE BUILT ON FREEDOM, FORGIVENESS AND SECOND CHANCES. IF TOM BRADY HAD DONE WHAT VICK DID, ALPO WOULD HAVE MADE A COMMERCIAL ABOUT DOGFOOD WITH HIM. THE MEDIA WOULD HAVE LAUGHED IT OFF.PLUS BRADY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A FINE AND A SLAP ON THE WRIST. I THINK RACE AND HATRED HAD A LOT TO DO WITH WHAT VICK GOT AND THE WAY HE IS BEING PERCIEVED NOW. ITS SAD BUT AMERICA IS SLOWLY TURNING AWAY FROK GOD AND IS HEADING FOR DESTRUCTION WITHIN. WE NEED TO FORGIVE OUR NEIGHBOR. WE MIGHT NOT HAVE GOTTEN ARRESTED LIKE VICK BUT A LOT OF US HAVE HIDEN CRIMES IN SECRET THAT ONLY WE KNOW OF. BUT THE MAIN THING IS GOD KNOWS ABOUT THEM. They lure you into caring for them then lose and lose big (remember Eugene Robinson and the Super Bowl?). I hope these Falcons are different, I really do, but I see the same pattern developing again: a surprise season has people caring again and having big expectations (sound like Jim Mora's first season?). 7-9 or 6-10. I hope I'm wrong. I hope they prove me wrong. Either way, I'll still be watching on Sunday.
