I'm really sorry, Clay. Stuff like that shouldn't happen, but obviously it did. I've corrected it above. Thanks for letting me know.

I would like to thank you Mr. Bradley for feeling my chicken scratch B/R piece was worthy of being quoted alongside pieces from actual professional sportswriters. But for those of you who expressed disgust with the usage of an amateur bloggers words in such a story, perhaps justice was served, as my actual birth name, Clay, was replaced with the name Craig, a moniker I do not go by. Even though you did not get my name correct, I am still flattered, and even though it would make me look like a hack, seeing as how I support another potential NFC contender, jinxing the Falcons may not be such an awful thing.

Guys, we really need to temper our enthusiasm at least a little with this 12-4 talk. Has everyone forgot that we've got two things working against us?

1. An incredibly difficult schedule
2. A fairly thin defense, particularly at linebacker

We're going to have to win in some shootouts this year, I'm afraid. I'm not saying we're doomed, because I think our basement expectation should be 8-8 or so, but I'm beyond skittish at this point. I think we're more likely to be a 9-7 wild card team than a team that is the NFC front-runner.
