I believe that the defense will be better than most people think - a lot better. Given time I am sure that this defense will be almost as good as the offense.

Be a little patient, the Lombardi Trophies will come!

No, I agree, Brad. The Falcons needed to change on defense. Change, however, takes time. There will be some rough patches, I feel certain.

Hey Mark. What the guy withh the nine page, position by position comparision post up tere said. They WILL be better. They'll be faster and nastier. They will practice against very strong offensive players. They will hit or sit. tey will be well coached and teir clear lack of experience will be compensated for by a more disruptive, speed dependent scheme.
That's the good news. The bad news is, they are short a coupla starters--ironically at specific positions that DIDN'T leave and another draft and FA season from being top tier. One thing you can count on I think is that in most games, they'll be much fresher than the opposing defense cuz the Falconsare gonna spend a LOT of time with the ball.

It takes time to build a whole team. And Jerry and Moore we're doing that. And Peterson will be solid for the team!!! The D will hold its own, just like the old pats. No superstars just role player!!
