Look at our 4 losses. Against Ok St. & SC Samuels averaged 4.3 and 4.4 ypc. Agaisnt Tenn and Florida Smauel gets over 5.0 and 6.7 ypc. Like I said, the O-Line is not the problem. Ga DID NOT only RECENTLY start run blocking well. The problem in those games was Bobo kept ROTATING OUT the best back and SAT THEM ON THE BENCH for 33%-75% of each game. That brought the rushing stats DOWN.

we know, 9 out 10 games this year, whoever rushed the most, won. So who’s fault is it that we havn’t outrushed our oppenents–defense or offense? Well, defense hasn’t given up ANY 100 yard rushers, and is ranked #32 in defensive rushing. Pretty good. The offense is ranked #80 in rushing. pretty bad. Bobo needs to step it up in the rushing game.

Against a great offensive mind, Gus of Auburn (ranked #1 IN 2007, 2008, #10 IN 2009) Willie gave up ONLY 17 points, held Tate to under 50 yards, and forced 2 interceptions. Willie has not had ANY TEAM get a 100 yard rusher on him the ENTIRE YEAR! Amazing.

I agree, we have really stunk it up this year particularly on the offensive side this year.

LAST in rushing yards per game in the SEC, LAST in rushign yards per carry (Bobo rotates in the lowest ypc rushers to bring down the average),LAST in GIVEAWAYS in the SEC, LAST in rushing attempts in the SEC, LAST in the SEC in Offensive Time of Possession %, LAST in % of run plays called in the play-mix. 6 KEY Offensive areas: LAST. 3 or 4 offensive turnovers in 3 losses to OK. ST, Florida, and Tenn. it’s amazing we have won a single game!

All this, when we have Ealey averaging over 5.2 ypc? It’s not on the players, O-Line or RB’s, we’ve had a 4+ ypc rusher EVERY game. This one’s on Bobo.
