I know in a previous post I stated that I was done commenting on UGA football for the year, however I just had to come back and offer my congratulations to Baylie for a well deserved victory…I also want to commend you Baylie, on doing such a bang up job raising your parents…every parent should be so lucky to have a great child like you to lead them thru life…BTW, try and keep your Pop’s out of trouble this weekend, he sounds like a handful…take care

For any who come back to this blog to see any late comments. Go to the contest blog. Baylie has posted a comment. She is Baylie(Fan #3). It looks like I have some major competition as a writer. I am just thankful she is letting me use a ticket. Thank goodness she needs a ride.

Baylie was hoping to meet UGA VII at the game. We are both devastated by the loss. This game already would resonate in memories, now even more.

I hope you have a wonderful day on Saturday, whether the Dawgs win or lose. You are a great example for us all. I know your Dad is proud. I enjoy and appreciate reading his posts as much as anyone who posts here. I will tell my sons (1 a year older than you and 1 a year younger) about you and your Dad and your special day.

Cuz- Your blogs alone qualify you and Baylie. During the game we will be glad to cheer for you both along with the Dawgs. We will imagine you in the stands cheering the triumph and bemoaning the tragedy of the play on the field while infusing our team with your overabundant courage and heart. Hope you both get a photo with UGAVII and team members, especially Curran. I realize that may be physically unaccomplishable, but maybe Bill and others can pull a few well-placed Bulldog strings. The rest of us will cheer mightily for you and Baylie.
Thanks for sharing with us and understanding the give and take in these blogs. The age of 13 is such a seminal age for life events that grow us all forward. May this game grow her and our Dawgs for the future.

Bill, I never mind attacks on me, I throw myself into the ring and I am used to being hit with folding chairs. I am pretty defensive with Baylie. But there have been many others much worse than you. You had forgiveness before you asked for it. This is the way we live, and no, it does not make us better than anyone else. Baylie and I think that all, and we mean all, are God’s children, and we will all not worry about our physical presence one day. Baylie believes it and I do too.
