At GA Tech, our fans have no reason whatsoever to boo, but we understand your problems and believe UGA fans have every right to boo. Sorry teams get booed...often by their fans. It's ..reality.

I was at the game. What is being called "booing" was very mild. Obviously none of you that think that was bad have ever attended a game in Philadelphia or New York. It is not the responsibility of a fan of a team to sit quietly and passively react when their team is stinking up the joint. Older adults booing college kids in any manner is unacceptable but the faint murmurs last night were absolutely not directed at the players. The inexplicably inept first quarter with horrendous defensive lapses and a play calling approach which was moronic led to discontent with the overall product. Georgia would up winning this game by finally playing physical football and by not continuously killing themselves with devastating self-inflicted wounds. The offensive approach of this coaching staff has been routinely that you have to trick the other team. Hopefully their eyes were opened again to the fact that Georgia has some very good talent and that a basic approach of running the football and setting up your passing game is the best formula. Don't fool yourself that the defense is repaired, The kids played well after a nightmarish start but the soft cover-2 they employ is filled with giant gaps of space teams can attack. The saving grace last night was the ability to get pressure, especially in the second half. The bottom line is this, when the Dawgs are underachieving and the coaching staff appears to be utterly clueless, by expressing your dissatisfaction, you are not doing anything wrong. All of you on this blog who disagree, I'd be willing to bet a sizable sum, don't know enough about football to even comment. If you want to blindly support lack of performance and bad execution, that is your absolute right. However, you have no business condemning those who do express themselves. I would venture to say that those people who are venting grasp what's happening and obviously care more about what is going on down on the field than you do. You know what that means, they are the REAL fans.

I am to the belief that any true Georgia fan would not boo the players or the coaches. So I guess what I heard last night were Auburn fans dressed in Red and Black to make it seem as if it were Georgia fans. I really hope all those big time recruits knew the difference.

For those of you that think the program is falling into big sink hole, the booers just added to the depth of the hole. Use some damn common sense. But maybe the good Lord didn't grace you with that ability.

That was a great win indeed especially coming from 14 points behind and the journeyman, yet valiant QB, Joe Cox, leading the way. While a win is a win, we mustn't forget we were playing against the worst team in the SEC in scoring defense. We're 11th and they're 12th.

The third and longs that elicit runs as the play are symptomatic of CMR's "play-not-tp-lose" mentality. It is a loser mentality in my book. And Bobo is a devoted student of it.

As to the booing, I will match my credentials as an alumnus of UGA with anyone anywhere and I booed with the pathetic effort and less than innovative play calling. The hustle, the aggressiveness wasn't there. The DAWGS needed a kick in the butt and I hope it lasts a week. If not, to be sure there will be more boos including mine.

I want to win. I want to beat the Little Sisters of the Poor by a 100 so that the scrubs can get seasoned and step up. Look where we are now. I'm tired of CRM's apathetic looks. We have a QB whose sub has played very, very sparingly on offense, if at all. If Cox goes down, that's the end of our season what there is left of it.

Booing is the way I try and correct crap, CRAP! Why are these kids sacrosanct? Because they wear red and black. I wear red and black too but I don't play football and when I screw up something at work, I get the equivalent of a boo for not getting the job done. Why shouldn't the team and its coaches get the same. That's the reason crap stays around so long (See Ray Goff and Jim Donnan). Stupid people see something sacred about lack of effort and absured play calling. They get scholarships to play, and coaches get paid heaps of money, and when they and their coaches crap it up as they have done so steadily over the past two years, they need to get an earful.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I'm still steadfastly of the opinion that there need be wholesale replacements on the coaching staff. If I were Damon Evans, I'd fired them all, including CMR, and bring in people who get it. This crowd doesn't. See directional kicks as a metaphor.

Don't let this victory cloud your judgment. We did not beat Florida or Alabama or LSU. We beat Awbun.

Let's hope that a new day soon comes to Ag Hill.

Do I love UGA? You damn well know I do. Do I love medioctrity? Hell no I don't. Do you? If you do, then you're a fool. Because mediocrity is what we have been getting. It medioctrity was our goal, we've succeeded beyond our wildest dreams.

With a favorable officiating crew, Georgia might be able to whip Kentucky.............the word to emphasise is ..might. My prediction.....Kentucky 42 UGa 24.

You see, this is what happens when a team schedules difficult opponents to play; they go 11-1 and whip their in-state rival's arse....to a fare thee well. But when a team schedules poor quality opponents, it usally plays down to that level and poops out a poor season. The consolation prize for a poor 6-6 record is a showdown with another poor quality opponent in the Poinsetta bowl. Congratualtions Dawg nation for making it to a bowl. You deserve it!

I hope the Bulldog Nation doesn't mind the inconvenience of one more disappointment. Just to be nice, we will let you enjoy a big ole Thanksgiving dinner before we deliver the disappointment. Now.. How nice is that???
