“I promise you, we will never lose to Ga as long as I’m Coach”. Coach Kifen of Tenn. Why did he make a crazy statement like that. Easy, he knows the coaching talent or lack of it at Georgia. He has excellent Coaches working for him. They told him there would be no problem beating Ga. That’s a hard knock on the state of the program that Richt has let Ga. fall too. He must confront the problem no matter how distasteful it is to him. The program is placed in his TRUST!

YESTERDAY I WROTE THIS BEFORE THE GAMES STARTED:
I’ve run UGA-UFL through my game simulator twelve times, and Florida wins every time by an average score of 42-10. If it rains, UGA does a little better. In the extreme case, with Tebow only mediocre and Cox having a better than average game, the score is 32-17.

UGA’s time of possession is actual about even with UFL, but it’s because UFL scores quickly in all simulations.

In no simulation does UGA come closer than 14 points.

TODAY I’VE RERUN THE SIMULATIONS WITH UPDATED DATA.
UGA fares better in these, with the average score of 31-12, so UGA is looking better now, or actually Florida is looking worse. I’ll make an updated run next Friday.

Couple of points
1. If UGA has had Top 5 recruiting classes the past five years, then why are they not even in the Top 25? It’s the coaching, stupid!
2. Richt is not engaged enough to be the Head Ball Coach. He isn’t with it. We will lose until the Preacher Man leaves Athens with his Deacons Bozo and Free Willie.
3. Peewee Herman could get a National Championship ring after 2-3 years at the UGA with all the football talent resident in the State of Georgia
4. Let’s all pray that Richt accepts the FSU head coaching job once they finally run Bowdoin out of town in Tallahassee. The UGA program will suffer the same fate as the once-proud FSU program until Richt leaves town. Even Bowdoin said that he was too nice to be a successful head coach.

It’s really too early to run a simulation, but with the current data, it’s looking Tech over UGA by 28 points. That’s giving Tech 3½ points for home field advantage, and assuming no major injuries between now and then, and assuming no UGA starters are suspended for being arrested.

I’ll rerun the simulation a day before the actual game.

MainFrame thank goodness the games are played on the field. Mid season grade is an over all D+. The plus of course is the punting game. Maybe a summer school this year to bring up the grade and a honest look at the staff.
