Been everywhere in the SEC except Arky and Vandy. My favorite road trips are Tennessee and LSU, closely followed by Auburn. LSU can be very loud at night but strangely much quieter for day games. Tennessee fans are so so on the loud meter but alot of the traditions are pretty cool. I really enjoyed partying with some members of the "Vol Navy". Both times I've been to Auburn, great enthusiasm. Bama is awesome as well with the tradition. I sit in the corner South EndZone chairbacks in the Swamp just one row above where the visitor fans sit and many of them comment that it is the loudest, craziest atmosphere...

Tech is not even a rival anymore. I wish someone would beat down St. Simons. All that talk and he lives in a van down by the river! I would say besides Athens, I actually enjoy going to watch the Dawgs play at Vandy. Great City to party in and then your almost on the field while watching the game.

Hey guys,

I found SAINT SIMONS, but he didn't show at the bar. So, I beat up the girl anyway and then started for four years on the OL and got on with my life. We missed you at the study hall last night, Joe Hamilton didn't show up either, something about being arrested, but Reggie Ball showed up and helped us all with our electrical engineering homework.

South Carolina would be a good environment (they actually show up and arepretty loud when we are there) but it isn't an on-campus stadium so it gets a vote of uber-lame. Too much like NFL. All college stadiums should be on campus except Tech. Tech should play in the courtyard of the "Historic" Techwood Homes housing project on "legendary" Reggie Ball field, with "epic" ryan stewart urinals, next to the "immortal" Joe Hamilton coke stand.

Have yall ever noticed that when a stadium is an undersized, half filled, dank pit that they attach "historic"to it. Historic grant field and historic Scott stadium (mippypippy state). Just my observation.

LSU has the best game day experience then Alabama/Auburn/UGA is a tie. Neyland is an erector set with a bunch of horrible seats. They have about 200+ seats that look directly into the side of the press box. You could only see half the field. What a piece of crap. Knoxville is a trashy place as well. Atmosphere is ok at best. Never been to the Swamp but I have plans to go one day.
