The Falcons might be able to beat the Patriots on the road, if they had a stellar defense like UGA. Third quarter Ryan runs of of gas, and the D gives up. new England Redcoats - 48 - 23

Seems Oklahoma State and South Carolina have a hard time scoring against teams other than Georgia. Arizona State will probably be amazed at how green Georgia is, especially those bushes alongside the field. They will be happy getting a check for this game. UGA finally holds some team under 30. 45-29.9999999999

I thought I saw the ghost of Pepper Rodgers on the sideline against Miami, but they were playing Notre Dame, and it was 1975 again. Rudi! Rudi! Rudi! That whateveryoucallit offense of Paul Johnson makes "3 yards and a cloud of dust" wishful thinking. He would go on 4th and 1 if the offensive line was that strong. North Carolina proves how worthless preseason ranking are. 48 - the square root of 8

The BCS is a joke now that GT is out of the top-25....UGA at 21 is overrated....Huh?

Nice, Pi$$onaDawg. Way to cement some of those stereotypes about Techsters.

I have turned down a multi-million dollar deal with the NCAA, that includes TV revenues and a villa in Italy, in order to continue my work at my beloved Georgia. Now about my next pay raise. . .

I guess UGA is now a top 10 team? Okie St. was overrated, Ole Miss was overrated, BYU was overrated, and UGA IS overrated. Tony B asked last week who is #1? Writers like Tony B. vote and he didn't know? Quit POLLS until after the 4 week of the saeson. Too many Teams getting credit for doing nothing. The Oregon running back gone, Bradford gone for a while, VT running back gone yet, all these teams were ranked to start the season. USC gets beat by a Washington team that didn't win a game last year! The BCS is a joke and writers are a bigger joke.

Weekend predictions:

Tech beats UNC and gets back on track, in the top 25.

UGA wins against ASU. OMG, I actually think that UGA can win. I'm a Techie for life. WOW!!

Falcons put it on New England, although the Patriots are my 2nd favorite team in the NFL.

Tony Homo gets it together as Dallas beats Carolina.

If T.O. can keep his mouth shut and co-exist with the rest of the team instead of dissin' them when he doesn't get his way, then the Bills might upset the Saints. Otherwise, Drew Brees will go ham on the Bills, and the Saints win.

I can't automatically say that Florida will beat Kentucky because you never know which Kentucky team may show up. The team that beat LSU when Woodson was QB and Jacob Tamme was WR/TE, or the team that sucked so badly when Jared Lorenzen was QB.

Alabama beats the brakes off Arkansas. Bama's defense and overall team is a helluva lot better than UGA. Nick Saban (Satan) beats Bobby Petrino (da trader)

Bears at Seahawks?? are you kidding me? This is not Washington upsetting USC. Bears destroy the Seahawks. For some reason, drafting Aaron Curry doesn't help Seattle get better, although he's a great defensive presence. Seattle sucks offensively, and been sucking since they lucked up when they went to the Superbowl and got butt-raped by Pittsburgh.

Mr. Jeff Schultz, I don't know how many predictions you agree with, but these are mine.

GO TECH!!
GO FALCONS!!
