BAD NEWS ...

Moore is not on the IR. Full participation in practice all week. And to call Matt Ryan the dumbest idiot in the NFL is a comment so laughable as to nullify any and everything you have said here. You cannot POSSIBLY be both a sane person and a person who stands behind that observation.

Greetings yall from the bayou! As a saints fan, yall are the only team in the division that scares me. Carolina isn't dead yet. It's too early to tell. Anyway, people like DJ on here are flat-out naive if they think all Drew Brees is doing is playing "sandlot" ball. He embarassed an eagles team that crushed the panthers. I've been watching Drew since he was at purdue, and he has NEVER looked this good. I mean, yalls defense isn't that great, and even if it was, who are you going to match-up with when you got bush, thomas, bell, henderson, colston, evans, and shockey in? Hell, our third reciever, moore, had 1000+ last year! Really, if it was that easy to stop Brees, why hasn't it been done? Play prevent D and he'll have enough time to find the flaw. Blitz him? He feeds off blitzing, just ask the eagles. Also, Bell is the real deal so it's not like we can't run it. Furthermore, While the Saints passing defense is currently ranked 28th in terms of yardage allowed, that doesn't tell even half the story. They are ranked 3rd in terms of opposing QBs completion percentage (52.8%), and ranked 1st in terms of passer rating (53.4). The reason they're giving up yardage is that each of the past two games the other teams have been playing catch-up the whole second half and the saints play prevent D. Hey, I'm not saying we are better than yall. I'm just saying it would be stupid to count us out as simply Brees + no one else. Ignorance.

to bad it has to come to name calling but thats what i would expect when jealousy rears it's ugly head. the jets are proving to be a superior team as compared to your falcons plus the fact the pats will be playing with a bit of fire after the past two weeks. i'd like to see the nfc south do well but it aint happening this week at gillette stadium. it will happen at buffalo so use your time wisely and watch a nfc south win there instead of a loss in new england!

Worse News:

Mike Bell has the 4th most rushing yards in the NFL right now. Turner is 10th. Saints are 8th overall in rushing while the Falcons are at 16th. Not only that, the Saints are also 5th in rushing defense. So who has no rushing game? Who's shutting who down?

I don't mean to be disrespectful because I do think the Falcons are a very good team and they'll make the crown for the NFC South a tight race, but posts like those that are not based on any statistics, factual evidence, or even observation (because I doubt he watched the Saints games) deserve to be called out.

Good luck Falcons. We'll see you Monday night in the Dome.

I'll tell you why Atlanta will win the NFC South... Tampa Bay is non threatening but is able to to win at home against in division opponents. The saints can throw for 1000 yards a game and drew brees won't make it a whole season. His TD/INT ratio will start closing the gap. The saint's have absolutely no running game witch the falcons who have the fastest defense in the NFL will shut down all of drews check downs and slugo routes. And the saints D will not be able to get the falcons off the field. Beat drew brees by not letting Him taste the Astroturf. 3 the panthers beat the saints twice last year. I say repeat of steve smith burning them all game long both times.

As for the pats- No Mayo, No seymour, Tom Brady will not be able to take the pressure of a 4-3 defense. <<<<Same D as Chicago. Topped with speed, John Abraham, Mike peterson (who may be the biggest offseason acquisition by the falcons (except TG). Tom Brady throws two INTs, 1 fumble and no running game. Suprise upset Pick of the week.
