GTech will see the challenge of playing thursday to thursday. Very Hard at the collegiate level. I am a canes season ticket holder and will be at the game. To our players THIS and not FSU is the yardstick for how far we have come. Johnson is a good coach and the triple opition requires a restructuring of the D. Remember our D coordiantor Young coached under Butch at North Carolina and I am sure our game plan will be better. He know how to beat you guys.

-"The triple option is now exposed"

-"You let Clemson score 24 unanswered points?"

-"The ACC is a joke, anyway"

-"Special teams TDs don't really count"

-"You couldn't fill up your 55,000 seat stadium?"

I think that covers all of the typical remarks on here. Now, let's move past the cliche remarks from the critics on here (aka uga fans). They're upset that they are staring down the distinct possibility of being 0-2 and unranked come Sunday.

@ jacket option and taylor You don't win 5 NC let alone 1 NC like Miami has with a horrible fan base. If Tech had better numbers in the stands those years, then why didn't Tech win the NC those years? Fans in the stands is great for atmosphere, but they aren't going to come on the field and help you tackle of make the big catch in the endzone. Its one thing to not like Miami, but its not a pass to be an a**hole college football fan.

Hey UGA is the Best - the best at what? You are 0-1, I suspect soon to be 0-2.

But seriously, good luck this weekend; you'll need it, and if you get it I'm sure you'll not acknowledge having received it.

So... better start trying to figure out how you'll spin the loss this weekend. Will it be the refs? Will it be lousy coaching? Missed tackles? H1N1? What? I suggest you put together a Top 10 that you can simply select from. You might want to save some time and pre-compose your rant, then you can simply cut/paste and be really efficient spreading your ignorance.

And, by the way... it is 2009, not 1981. If you want to play that game, go ahead and delude yourself.

How many losses will it take to for you to start hollering to fire the best coach you've had in 30 years? Three? Four? Think about it. Fool...

And by the way.... Roddy Jones is still running down your right sideline...

Now I have two numbers to taunt you with.... 45-42 and 24-10. Get used to it, I'll have more scores to taunt you with soon!

Why don't all you tech nerds use your rulers and calculaters and other stuff that smart people use and try to get in a good football conference! If ya'll were in the SEC, you would be losing too. i would rather be last place in the SEC than first place in the ACC. Look at vanderbilt and Ole Miss, their football programs put that mickey mouse 500 yrd per game offense to shame.

Oh yeah, and another thing...should special teams points even be counted on a game score? It doesn't make sense...why counts the points??? those special teams plays are just gimmicks that in a real conference would never work. ha...try and pull that stuff on our undeated 1981 team and see how taht works for you!

SEC 4 Life - all good points...I think Shaw would have come out for a few series with the way the offense stalled under Nesbitt in the middle thrid of the game. He does not use his body real well - very stiff and lacks confidence throwing. The DB's were on an island at times last night for sure.
