How badly should we beat down the dawgs this year? Should we let them score? If so, should it be a safety or a fieldgoal? Should we let them make a first down or two? The dawgs will be in need of some kind of sympathetic treatement after their season is over. Let's be nice Techie fans and just tell them they have a good team as sympathy treatment. Yep, they know they are lousy, but it will make us appear to be nice. After all, aren't we? We are going to let them score at least three sympathy points. Go Dawgs! (shouted with an accompanying Techie wink)

Recognition should be given to underperforming teams. It seems as though they are the ones who need the attention. Our beloved dawgs would deserve a shoutout.

Like I’ve been telling you Georgia azzholes, “real world reality” is about to set in when South Carolina delivers a Major League Beat Down between the hedges on Saturday. If you thought the 26-0 Third quarter thrashing we gave you in last year’s Georgia Bowl was bad, wait until you see what’s going to happen on Saturday. Deer season will certainly start early and these boards are going to absolutely explode when all you koolaid drinking, Walmart shoppers begin to really realize “maybe yellow fuzz was right all along”. Even coach Richt (who I have great respect for) was serving up some Koolaid yesterday-

“Richt said Vince Vance will start at left tackle this week and added that the team is “anxiously awaiting” the return of tackle Josh Davis from shoulder surgeries perhaps next week”.

I usually just attack the ignorant georgia fans like
Sugar Hill Dawg
Mountain dawg
Habersham Dawg
1eyedjack
Kendawg
WTF???
Reservoir dawg
Altamaha dawg
MiltonDawg
Reality Check
SECrules
Jax Dawg
Miami Dawg
DirtyDawg
NC Dawg
PTC DAWG
G Dawg
CLTDawg
GeoffDawg
Bugkiller
SimpleDawg
CUZ
RxDawg
DawginLex
ToccoaDawg
L-Dawg
Pumpdawg
Denver Dog
45ACP
and not the players but take it from this ex-offensive lineman, Joe Cox better watch his blind side Saturday because Vince Vance is a guard and Josh Davis hasn’t blocked anyone the entire time he’s been there. Good luck to both but expect to get bitch slapped and beat down royally by SC. I’m talking 30 points or more if you turn the ball over 3 + times like I predict.

You heard it here first (6 months ago). Tech has passed Georgia in every sport except gymnastics and has always maintained a substantial lead in the classroom (and always will). You fit the mold. We make it.

Yellow Fuzz- Some of us were on vacation, can't speak for the others on your list, but I'm not running anywhere.

Now, on the OkSt game. OkSt played a great game with a lot of passion and heart, and Gundy obiviously had a solid game plan in place. They are a very good team and should do well this season.

As for the Dawgs- while the defense definitely looked better, we still are lacking a pass rush, hopefully when B.Wood is back that will change.

The offense, sheesh! That gameplan left a LOT of questions.
1. Whether he was sick or not, J.Cox simply looked lost at times, never checked out of a play into another. We supposedly had "a couple of packages for Logan and he was going to take a series or two." what happened there?
2. Why did we go with only 3 WRs the whole game? All summer long all we've been hearing about is how good M.Brown, Wooten, & Troupe were looking and they don't even take a single snap!
3. After watching J.Cox on Sat, rumors about his "dead arm" appear to have some validity. OkSt dropped at least 3 INTs and batted down a few more. If he throws like that against SEC defenses, it's gonna be a pick-6 fest all season.
4.Why did the offensive calling go so conservative after the first drive? We marched right down the field, mixing pass/run/"wild dawg" formations. Then just went away from it after worked so well. It's like the first drive was scripted to perfection, and then they just decided to "wing" the rest of the game.

I'm so tired of the team not showing up in big games when we definitely have the talent to compete. These kids simply aren't being coached up. Where is the fire and intensity? A few showed it, but mostly on the defensive side of the ball.
With under 7 mins in the game down by 2 scores, the players were just taking their time lining up as if it were the 1st qtr. There was no sense of urgency. It's as if the coaches had conceided victory and just wanted to get the game over with and back on the plane. Not saying that's the case, but if it walks like a duck...you know the rest.

If that's the best J.Cox (aka JT-IV) can do then Richt needs to hand Cox a clipboard, tell him he will reward his loyalty with a Grad-asst coaching job, and have him help coach the young guns and give Logan the starting job, and get Murray some MEANINGFUL playing time to develop him. I don't think this is mailing in the season in any way, because no one is going to convince me that we wouldn't have a better shot of winning with Gray & Murray. Gray is perfect for our situation as his athleticism will make things happen. Gray doesn't get sacked nearly as much as Cox was.

I will continue to pull for my Dawgs win or lose, and will continue to be here win or lose, but I just hope I don't have to suffer through another offensive perfomance like sat's.
Go Dawgs!
