The Braves could have just taken three games from the phils. All they had to do was intentionally walk Ryan Howard and they would have won all three games. Hopefully when the Braves play the Phils the next two times the Braves will learn from their mistakes. All Howard does with Braves pitching is park the baseball over the fences. Give the guy a free pass and forget about him. I realize Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley, etc. can also hurt you, but Howard is a very special player. He will crush anything in the strike zone so just give the guy a free pass and that is all it takes to beat the Phils. Braves would have swept the Phils had they used that simple formula. JUST DONT LET RYAN HOWARD BEAT YOU.

Hey Jeff- is Chippy still feeling young and energized???? hahahahah. Barves are a Joke- same old story- amazing difference when you play the last place team and the first place team. Seems the Braves yet again were going to "Breakthrough" after beating the mighty Nationals!

Sonny, I'd have graduated from UGA in 6 years instead of 7 if only I'd been able to cheat off your tests in college like I did back in high school.

We was going to try helping hillbilly but we was having a hard time explaining our own posts. When we was playing ball together back in school we would sometimes drive by Duluth High School and paint a big orange paw in the driveway where the buses come in and theyd get so mad and be out there trying to cover it up. We was state championship so we did it a lot.

We was reading some more and came up with this.

“What are the odds of him hitting a nubber?” Jones said. “Low and behold, he hits a nubber.” - AJC

Low and behold or Low and away? Low? Lo? Lo and behold?

Is this faulty talking from Chipper or faulty writing from an AJC sportswriter not named Jeff? We was thinking we write about as good as him.

Jeff don't make mistakes like that and we was thinking maybe he's the new Bisher.

I’D rather be lucky than good. …. We have a lot of games (7 including today) left against the Phillies where we can make up ground. Braves keep winning series, sweeping some, and they will not have to worry about the Wild Card, cause the NL East will be within reach. … read more… [...]
