Barry....Heatley's decision didn't cause an accident, it resulted in a consequence of his deliberate actions. He didn't SLIP and speed, he didn't OOPS and drive recklessly down a winding narrow road, those were deliberate choices and a consequence of that choice was somebody's DEATH.
