Last year purge the offense and get Matt Ryan and we have a top rated Off. This year purge the deffense and maybe we get a top rated Def to go along with our top Off. I trust in Thomas and Smitty.

When you get to reading all your press and start thinking you can do no wrong, thats when you do wrong and get your lunch handed to you I am afraid that TD is starting to believe all the "do no wrong crap"
Just remember--yesterday is gone and today is what is important

Bad news and dangerous moves by the Dimtrioff. Hoping to get help from the draft and mid-range free agents ask the Bills how that works? Letting go or "losing" 5 veterans, even if their individual talents were waning, leaves a huge economic crunch as well as a gap that won't be filled. Talk about looking a git horse in the mouth... Dimitrioff needed to let maybe 2 go like Foxworth and say Jackson. Milloy, Boley and Brookings could be used as on-the-field and definitely team leaders in the lockerroom and cohensiveness elsewhere like off-field. Noooooo!!!!!!

That's too easy drill sergent!!!!! Well, I know, let's say we let half of our starting defense go and by the way sports fans, these guys all got huge contracts elsewhere--so much for the "over-the-hill" argument, place all the Falcons version of a stimulus package or the (day late dollar shorter) package, and, "stand in the door and kiss your behind good-bye", strategy. This ala Al Davis rebuilding in the face of such adversity as a winning season oh that's bad, very bad--we can't have that. Dimitrioff isn;t the first boy-wonder to full of himself to mess things up so good the country's in a similar fix after the last administration got off the dime.

Anyway good luck I return you all too normalcy..

Sage of Blueland....probably a "homer dawg fan" obviously doesn't know anything about leadership or football. Also probably never played the game....there's an old saying about "couldn't carry the man's jock" and I would guess this describes Sage. You've got want you wanted the man is gone, sit back and smile and let's see what happens in the new season, my guess is if it goes bad Ole Sage will be one of the first to start screaming.

It's about time we have a GM with vision and an appreciation for talent. Our defense was less than average at best last year. They NEVER made a stop when the game was on the line. Remember the fiassco vs. Arizona? I welcome hungry, aggressive rookies as opposed to over-paid, fat-cat veterans living off their past reputations

C. Davis will play opposite Abe moving Jamal inside on passing downs, Tre Lewis will have to play big for big Grady, Wire was starting over Boley at the end of last season anyways, and C. Jackson was drafted to start with Hutchins and/or Grimes moving in on nickel situations the defense can be just as good as last year. Signing a TE becomes critical though because I do beleive the first 3 picks will be defense (S, LB, DT). Draft backup OL in later rounds.

We still have John Abraham on defense. This team is loaded with young talent who learned a lot from our vets last year, Milloy still hasn't signes with anyone, who's to say he doesn't come back. Trust Dimitroff, he will be the one to bring us back to back winning seasons and then a SB championship.
