Travelin’ Music to carry us to the cheatin’ side of town

The first song ever written was a love song. You know, somebody pledging their ever-lasting love and fidelity to somebody else.

The second song ever written was a cheatin’ song, complaining about the lyin’ SOB who wrote the first song.

Given recent events, it’s time to pay homage to the second oldest song topic. I’ve invited the great Miss Kitty Wells to kick off the evening’s festivities, performing a song dedicated to Paula Broadwell and all the other honky-tonk angels out there, wherever you are.

It’s now becoming clear that Ambassador Rice’s explanation of what happened in Libya was what she was allowed to say since much of what actually happened was classified. So, will McCain and the others who trashed her come forward and offer sincere appologies? No?

Well, will you cons here at least admit you jumped the gun and critized before all the facts were in?

RB @1:18: Here you go Debbie. http://cnsnews.com/news/article/chaffetz-administration-pretended-june-6-terror-attack-benghazi-consulate-never
Notice it refers to the 9/11 attack as the “3rd” attack, meaning there were “several” before that one?

RB I really am scared now for your sanity. You referenced a “news source” that on its web site has this statement – “Don’t Let The Left Liberal Media Lie To You”. “

And when I google CNS News I get this: CNSNews.com was founded by L. Brent Bozell III on June 16, 1998, under the name Conservative News Service and the domain name conservativenews.org.[3] According to Bozell, the website would “report news …not touched by traditional television news outlets” and “fill the growing news void left by the establishment media in their chase for the sensational.

You’re falling into the same trap AGAIN RB! Can’t you see that? You didn’t like the news that the polls were giving you that said Obama was ahead; so you blamed the “Left Leaning Media” and the fact that the pollsters were somehow lying or over sampling dems.

Then you found a poll that said, and this is a salient point, EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED TO HEAR!!!. You’re doing the same thing AGAIN, but your hatred and insanity doesn’t want you to see it!!!

Google really isn’t that hard, Debbie. Maybe your mom’s parental controls are holding you back???

You have reached the realms of insanity so deep, so dark, I don’t think anyone can pull you back.

On a good note however, I hope your party is doing the exact same thing that you are doing!!! I hope they keep right on the path of lunacy and by 2020 we can finally say goodbye to the Republic(CAN’T)can party!! Keep following that rabbit hole!!

PS: I’ll light a candle for you. Just in case.

Kam @ 1:20: Romney lost, not because of a terrorist attack, but because the majority of voters didn’t like him for the job. Geez….

Kam, you can say that a million times and they STILL won’t hear you or believe you. It HAD to be because of all the “Free stuff” the Prez had offered. Or because people “Don’t want to work”.

The last part, “people don’t want to work” I find especially funny because everytime I see on the news about a Job Fair or some company Hiring, I see hundreds and sometimes thousands of people standing in line trying to get hired for those 100 or so jobs that are being offered.

Lazy people would’ve just stayed home.

Then the same thing happened there that is about to hit here…..economic collapse and a central government that kept leaning on people and trying to force multiple cultures to maintain one society. History says that the U.S. will split into several smaller nations and that it’s only a matter of time. We have 20 years, tops, before complete economic collapse and the government losing its ability to govern beyond a local scope. We won’t really HAVE to secede, because things will get real and much uglier that way. Your choice. It will be peaceful or it will be like it was in the USSR, but it will eventually happen. Both movements are silly of course…I say let those desiring to split on individual basis, go to

http://www.ajc.com/news/news/georgia-schools-lay-unequal-foundations-for-colleg/nS9B8/

Most agree that money and location play a role in the disparities between Georgia schools. The AJC analysis specifically shows:

About 5 percent of students took advanced placement exams in extremely rural areas, compared to more than 20 percent in large suburban districts.

Rural districts spend about $400 less than others per student. Spending doesn’t guarantee success, but rural superintendents say they can’t afford educational extras that are standard in suburban schools.

Teachers don’t have the same opportunities for training and development. Those in smaller, poorer districts often face more demands and professional isolation, a barrier to improvement.

….

Georgia has the nation’s third-largest rural enrollment and it’s among the poorest performing, according to the Rural School and Community Trust, a Washington nonprofit. While a few rural districts perform well, the study found overall Georgia’s rural students are among the lowest scorers on national exams and their graduation rate is the nation’s second-lowest, behind Louisiana.

The problem has statewide implications. Projections show about 60 percent of jobs by 2020 will require some education beyond high school. Now, 42 percent of Georgia’s adults have a college degree or certificate.

Taxpayer dollars from wealthier counties like Cobb are already used to subsidize rural districts with sparse local tax bases in an effort to even out inequities.

“The fabric of metro Atlanta’s economy is tightly interwoven with the fabric of rural Georgia’s economy,” said Jeff Humphreys, director of the University of Georgia’s Selig Center for Economic Growth. “If a thread comes loose in one corner of rural Georgia, it will eventually unravel in metro Atlanta.”

Good to know that the charter school amendment will fix that… if only that were the case. Once again, Georgia elects to do something that runs counter to what they actually need.

Slight problem — A) not everyone in the south wants to secede, (the smart ones); B) Demographically, you don’t have enough people/signatures to validate that request.

Take an island somewhere in the South Pacific that the US currently owns; one that’s isolated and miles away from the next civilized island; so as not to spread your “disease” to others — makes more sense for everyone involved.

Poor RB, you’re upset because you are not going to be pandered to by Mitty and the GOP. Elections have consequences. True patriots understand that, they don’t demand to secede

Keep up the great work.

Progs sure do get in a tizzy when they are threatened with planning for their own retirement, medical care, investments, diet, cammodes, enrgy sources , condoms, bc pills, charity, business, and/or lightbulbs without Barney Frank’s or obama’s advice.
.
weird.

Send some more money to Fed.gov…(they’re not really bankrupt)……….and they’ll manage your climate too.

Other times it’s, thomas heyward, jr.
Today it’s Thomas heyward Jr

A little unsolicited advice: It’s always a good idea to spell check your nom-de-blog after doing the sock-puppet thingie.

Pay special attention to upper and lower case usage.

Hey Brosephus———-
.
Just curious.
Have you been ordered to “stand down ” or anything concerning this security threat?——
.
From the TSA——–

“Some Snow Globes are Permitted Now: TSA now allows small snow globes in carry-on luggage when packed in a passenger’s plastic 3-1-1 bag. Snow globes that appear to contain less than 3.4 ounces (approximately tennis-ball size) will be permitted if the entire snow globe, including the base, is able to fit in the same one clear, plastic, quart-sized, re-sealable bag as a passenger’s other liquids.
Gel Inserts for shoes are now permitted.”
.
Do you expect retaliation?
Do you think this is a good idea?
Or did the SnowGlobe tycoons find the right congress folk?
.
Should we be concerned about our security management?

Yes………………..the article explained how two mysterious ” wedding crashers” escaped unharmed from the drone attack.
It was the funniest thing that I read for the entire year of 2012.

Nope, I think ALL tax increases should be across the board. Everybody has skin in the game and everybody cuts and increases together.

Letting the bush tax cuts expire will accomplish your goal but the middle class tax increase will hurt the economy.

The goal is to get the middle class to spend more not less so a tax increase on the middle class is dead wrong.
