The final jobs numbers of the election season, released just before the final weekend of the election season, show that “Total nonfarm payroll employment increased by 171,000 in October, and the unemployment rate was essentially unchanged at 7.9 percent,” according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
That job growth is slightly higher than the 2012 average growth of 157,000 per month.
Adding to the optimism, August job growth was revised upward from the reported 142,000 to the more current 192,000, and job growth for September was also revised upward from 114,000 to 148,000.

“Obama and his rich oil buddies raise the price of gas from $1.87 per gallon to $4 per gallon, but when election time comes around they drop it a few schillings ($3.50/gal) to make the useless idiots “FEEL GOOD”.”
Actually Bush and his disastrous economy and plummeting GDP lowered demand and the price of gas to $1.87/gal.. That was their big accomplishment.
The recovering Obama economy and laws of “supply and demand”, have caused prices to go up again.
The only thing Republicans did was wish for $6/gal gas prices.

FDR wasn’t ELECTED to four terms. During WWII a national emergency was declared by Congress and FDR was allowed to remain in office until the war was over. There were not four elections for FDR – elections are where the voting citizens go to the polls and elect a president. The citizens did not vote for FDR four times.

You don’t give legitimacy to crazy people like Trump by giving in to their delusions.
This is how birther attorney Orly Taitz lost her court case to an empty chair earlier this year in Georgia. Obama didn’t even bother to send an attorney to argue his side because Taitz was so certifiably bug-nuts.
So even with no opposing counsel even *present,* Taitz still lost.

He didn’t “hide” anything. That’s been THOROUGHLY debunked, here and elsewhere, many times.
“Now, I don’t expect you to understand that logic because you’re emotionally invested in your own subjectivity but the guy is covering up something.”
There’s no logic there; just guesswork and presumption on your part. And you ignore your own emotional investment in finding something to ‘get’ Obama on. The fact that you WANT to find something untoward about him is not evidence that there actually IS something untoward about him, or that you’ve found such a thing.

All I can say is obama is a phony and he appeals to simple minded voters. Let the government take care of the problem! How freaking stupid can people be?

Geez, is someone still flailing around about Obama’s college records? That’s the kind of brain that’d trust Donald Trump to make good on a bet.

I’d say you’re living proof that they can be pretty stupid.

stands for decibels – you can continue with personal insults if that’s what you’re accustomed to but it doesn’t change anything. In most cases, the truth is unpleasant, especially if it is critical of something we are emotionally tied to, such as you and obama. Labeling people you disagree with in no way distinguishes you from anyone else on this board.

Off topic here but I’d like to know what this board thinks of obama’s refusal to accept Trump’s offer and expose his college records.
I would trade college records for tax returns and offshore accounts details.

That’s what I was wondering; how can people actually believe that romney will create jobs when he built a career of wealth by eliminating them???

The ONLY reason I’d like to see him release them is to see what “birther” conspiracy they come up with next!

Well, think of it this way: when has he ever said he knows what it takes to create jobs IN AMERICA? He just says he knows what it takes to create jobs. He doesn’t say WHERE those jobs would be created.

So, you lost again cons.
Try focusing on changing your lying and cheating ways and stop worrying about other Americans.
You have a lot of corrections to make on yourselves to try to win in 16.

The same clownish posters who demand to see Obama’s records because “something’s there” have absolutely no problem with Mitt keeping his taxes “secret” despite actual evidence of past lies and potential tax fraud (son of boss). So funny if not sooooooo sad.

Doggone – The birther conspriracy would be over if they were released. You guys really get your dander up over this one. I just figured it would be a no-brainer for the “most transparent administration in our history”. You can guess who uttered those words.

Do really believe that if Romney had “secrets” in his tax returns, that the someone (IRS) wouldn’t have “leaked” them by now? Come on, now!
