Missives from the land of the birthers

I’m in the courtroom of Judge Michael Malihi, awaiting arguments in a case attempting to remove Barack Obama from the 2012 Georgia presidential ballot.

Roughly 100 people are in the courtroom, most of them older white Americans. The conversations are thick with various birthed theories being bandied about.

Dressed tastefully in black and wearing a pearl choker, The redoubtable Orly Taitz swept in a few minutes ago, making a star’s entrance amid whispers of “look, there she is!”

A bailiff has summoned attorneys for the plaintiffs and defendants into chambers for a pre-hearing conference. Since the Obama camp has decided to boycott the hearing, only the four plaintiffs’ attorneys, including Taitz, are in the session.

The plaintiffs have queued up a number of exhibits, including CBS and ABC videos reporting on Obama’s time in Indonesia. No sign of whether such exhibits will be allowed.

Can you clean up and post the below on my blog on an entry headlined “Missives ….?”

Please cool it with the stuffy embellishment. The way you describe it every protester was up to no good debauchery, when in fact it was a sordid few, and some of them were probably anarchists who needed to get their jollies off letting the others take the blame. Bill O’Rights ,

Don’t be concerned. Keep up the Good Fight’s sole purpose for living is to lurk here and try to find where some conservative has slipped up or in Keep’s mind, been less than forthcoming. The other day I made a totally facetious statement about Warren Buffet paying less taxes than his secretary and Keep had a field day inferring that I wasn’t smart enough to know the difference between tax rate and taxes paid. Funny thing he didn’t call out Obama when Obama said the same thing in his SOTU speech last Tuesday.

Hawaiiborn – good try but you’re not seeing what the founders intended by using that term – natural born. The Constitution is very clear. Our founders required a “natural born citizen” so that there would not be dual allegiances of a Commander in Chief, head of our armed services. A dual citizen has dual allegiances.

A natural born citizen is a citizen by natural law. “The citizens are the members of the civil society, bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority; they equally participate in its advantages. The natives or natural-born citizens are those born in the country of parents who are citizens.”
Emerich de Vattel – The Law of Nations – 1758

Also, the “ONLY” U.S. Supreme Court case to comment on this subject directly is Minor v. Happersett (1874). The court said, “It was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.” No other case nor Amendments apply here.

So what we’re seeing here is that this isn’t a frivilous case. WE THE PEOPLE need answers from our Courts and our President.

Funny thing….you don’t know that I did not send the Presidenta an email. :D But perhaps you’ll be precise so that there is no misunderstanding by those who may not have the real facts. Uh-oh. Obama got punked…
Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama’s name not be on the Georgia ballot! All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.

The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge’s recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the state of Georgia.

Next time this happens, he needs to fight back and not run.

It just occurred to me that the Left is of times clamoring about their being disenfranchised by the Right. Today however, it might just happen as the result of the Left.

If you are ordered to appear in Court for a stupid case, and neither you or your attorney bother to show up to defend it, the Plaintiff in the stupid case usually gets everything he asks for in about 45 seconds. Mind you I don’t know much about the administrative process of the Sec. of State’s Court process, but you have to be extremely dumb or extremely arrogant to not appear or have someone appear on your behalf.

It will be interesting to see the result of this because the President himself might have pulled the rug from beneath his adoring followers.

Wasn’t he adopted and change his name – I’ve seen the Indonesian school records with Barry Soetoro. When did he go back from Barry Soetoro to Barack Obama? Don’t you have to go to court to legally change your name, there would be a record of that, right? Shouldn’t we know about that?

No truth in that claim. Lolo Soetoro never adopted Barack Obama. There would be court records.
Lolo soetoro filled out the school form prior to the Obamas arrving in Indonesia. He put down Barry Soetoro, more than likely, hoping to get him into school quicly once he arrived. Indonesian law, didn’t allow fro Obama to be adopted anyway, as he was 6 years old (you have to be under 5 years of age)

In a speech before the House of Representatives in May 1789, James Madison (the Father of our Constitution) said:

It is an established maxim, that birth is a criterion of allegiance. Birth, however, derives its force sometimes from place, and sometimes from parentage; but, in general place is the most certain criterion; it is what applies in the United States.

“Emerich de Vattel – The Law of Nations – 1758″

Emerich de Vattel had no influence on our citizenship law in the US. He was referenced for International Law (which is what he was famous for) citizenship laws are domestic law.

From Wong Kim Ark:
http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0169_0649_ZO.html

It thus clearly appears that, by the law of England for the last three centuries, beginning before the settlement of this country and continuing to the present day, aliens, while residing in the dominions possessed by the Crown of England, were within the allegiance, the obedience, the faith or loyalty, the protection, the power, the jurisdiction of the English Sovereign, and therefore every child born in England of alien parents was a natural-born subject unless the child of an ambassador or other diplomatic agent of a foreign State or of an alien enemy in hostile occupation of the place where the child was born.

III. The same rule was in force in all the English Colonies upon this continent down to the time of the Declaration of Independence, and in the United States afterwards, and continued to prevail under the Constitution as originally established.

oh and Emerich de Vattel was such an influence that our 1st and 2nd Amendments to the US Constitution is in direct conflict of his beliefs. HE didn’t believe in the freedom of speech of the citizens and he was gainst anyone from owning guns, which would be only reserved for the rich and/or military

It would be a bloodbath but I don’t think we will get to see it. My feeling is that Romney beats Obama solidly in a general election. But I think Obama would maybe beat Newt. It wouldn’t be all that bad if Obama won re-election. He would continue to screw things up, people would eventually grow tired of the blame W crap after 8 years of Obama, and we wouldn’t suffer under another Dem president probably for 20 years or more. The monumental failure of Obama would be so seared into people’s memories after 8 years that we could reasonably count on not having another D for potus for a long, long time.

We need answers because the controversy isn’t going away and it’s gotten very serious. Obama will not be allowed on the GA ballot! All GA delegates will go to the Republicans.

Only if you love high unemployment, high gas prices, crushing debt for our children and grandchildren to pay off, and slow to moderate at best economic growth.

The intelligence level of the elected officials and the appointed judges doesn’t add up to one. This is like hanging your dirty underwear out for all to see. What does it say when the best you can hope for is for your home state to look dimwitted? That would be an upgrade to the appearances we have presented ourselves to the world as of today. Idiots!

Butch – True, but I don’t believe he would have ever made it to Iowa if there had of been anything to it. She would have come to him and shown him the evidence she had, and he would have disappeared back into obscurity.

Nah Keep – I’ve only done a hundred or so Defaults in my time. Inquire as to whether the matter is in delicto or ex contractu – then that will determine whether your case lasts 45 seconds [if that] or six minutes.

Robert Lee — “The Democrats need to put an end to this and force the President to release his records proving once and for all he’s elegible.Quit playing games and stonewalling.”

The State of Hawaii already validated his birth certificate. Under the Constitution, the State of Georgia is now obliged to consider it valid as well.

If anyone’s playing games, it’s the birthers.

(ir),

Though historically almost impossible to top, I really am starting to think that Georgia has “bested” Mississippi in the lunacy factor.

If for no other reason, than that there are so many more who live here.

Granted, at least we have Atlanta to offset the dipstick factor somewhat, but obviously it’s not nearly enough!

This state is a certifiable insane asylum. Hell, it took 92 years to finally begin the last stages of their little mini-Prohibition here. And mark my words, 92 years from now, there will still be places in this state where you can’t even buy a six pack of beer on Sunday.

And this stunt by the absurd Georgia birthers is just more icing on the cake…

It’s the birthers/truthers against the cognitive challenged libs/ Communists. The Communists know the truth about Obama. The libs are too stupid to know the truth and are dupes for the Commies to do their dirty work.

Thulsa Doom – “Only if you love high unemployment, high gas prices, crushing debt for our children and grandchildren to pay off, and slow to moderate at best economic growth.

Hmmm…
High Unemployment – Retired, so no worries there.
HIgh Gas Prices – I live in NYC and keep my Prius in storage
Crushing debt for our children and grandchildren to pay off – Don’t have either, not my problem people chose to breed
Slow to moderate economic growth – No worries there.

Guess if I voted I’d have to vote for Obama.

Azz deep in Obots here! Either this is a setup and your masters own Malihi and he some how throws this case out or this is the beginning of the end to this three year farce. How can you not understand what John Jay told George Washington? Obama is even a British Subject just the person John Jay wanted to be sure never became President! Remember we had a little war with those guys in the 1700s and they wanted the colonies back. Do you Obots worship Communism this deeply? Or, do you just hate America? What is your blind motivation?

Can I just making shyte up and then refuse to accept any facts that refute my made up assertions, like these birthers do?

In 1966, while at Stanford and secretly working as a security guard, Mitt Romney was known to fool around with goats.

In 1979, while at Bain & Co, Mitt Romney hired latino transexual hookers to snuff cigarettes out on his nipples.

Newt wasn’t born in PA. He was actually born in Canada when his teenage mother went there to have a late term abortion and accidentally went into labor.

Rick Santorum’s parents are actually brother and sister as is the custom in W. Virginia.

Rick Santorum’s sweater vest are made in Vietnamese sweatshops out of virgin human hair.

Thulsa, I’ll take that anyday over sending soldiers into pointless wars, squealing on CIA agents because I did not like what their husband said, unfunded bribes to seniors for prescription drugs, complete and utter lack of leadership during national disasters, no bid contracts for billions to defense contractors, but to top it all off, failure to track down and bring to justice the man behind the 9/11 attacks because he wanted to send all the soldiers to Iraq to protect the oil fields so that the oil companies can continue making recond profits never before seen in the history of capitalism.
