I’m in the courtroom of Judge Michael Malihi, awaiting arguments in a case attempting to remove Barack Obama from the 2012 Georgia presidential ballot.
Roughly 100 people are in the courtroom, most of them older white Americans. The conversations are thick with various birthed theories being bandied about.
Dressed tastefully in black and wearing a pearl choker, The redoubtable Orly Taitz swept in a few minutes ago, making a star’s entrance amid whispers of “look, there she is!”
A bailiff has summoned attorneys for the plaintiffs and defendants into chambers for a pre-hearing conference. Since the Obama camp has decided to boycott the hearing, only the four plaintiffs’ attorneys, including Taitz, are in the session.
The plaintiffs have queued up a number of exhibits, including CBS and ABC videos reporting on Obama’s time in Indonesia. No sign of whether such exhibits will be allowed.

Good, because Hawaii has declared their records valid, and under the Full Faith and Credit Clause, all other states and territories (and the Federal government) are therefore obliged to consider them valid.
In short, without conclusive *evidence* that they are invalid, then the legal presumption to be made — under the Constitution — is that they are, in fact, valid.
Unless you’d like to present your hard-and-fast EVIDENCE that they are not, then your concerns and suspicions are irrelevant.

Actually, I hope that that this whole issue goes away, quietly, finally…. If Bozo were found to be foreign born, it would do more to upset the balance of this country than anything we can imagine. I really don’t think that he alone would be smart enough to pull off the greatest con in American political history. He could not have done it by himself, he would have to have had conspirators who agreed to help him and his wife do what many still believe that they re guilty of. He has really done this country a service far beyond what many presidents have done in the past…. he has shown us how really terrible an elected official can be and has scared the pants off much of the electorate who just want him to go back to Chicago. I just want him to disappear from public office where he cannot do any more harm to this country than he already has. If he does this, he will have served this country well.

We have the govenor of Arizona yesterday pointing her finger in his face, which is total disrespect. We had Joe Wilson yelling out “you lie” at his state of the union address last year, and we have Hannity, who hates Obama with a passion, calling him all kinds of names daily, and saying false things about him. How much more can this man take. I weep for him.

I am posting this again because some lib took it down;
When I had to prove that I am a citizen and my wife and child to be covered by health care insurance the one form of ID they would NOT except, and they were VERY clear, “No certificate of live birth will be accepted, only a certified birth certificate”. Since I thought that was strange I called the insurance company and they said that it was a federal law, so don’t blame them. Well if is good enough for Obozo how come not me? If you have half a brain you would not vote for this lying hypocrite.

Ingredients
16 pieces of crow breast meat (no bones) (8 crows)
16 pieces of green pepper
16 cherry tomatoes
8 button mushrooms
8 ears of sweet corn
1 1/2 cups of Teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup melted butter
8 kabob skewers
Preparation
Cut each piece of crow in half and place in a covered bowl with the Teriyaki sauce over night. Clean and cut each ear of corn into 3 pieces. Cook in boiling salt water for 10 minutes. Alternately put corn (3 pieces), green peppers (3 pieces) and cherry tomatoes (3) along with 4 pieces of crow meat on each skewer. Use 1 mushroom to top each skewer. Brush with melted butter and place on preheated grill for about 4 minutes. Flip, butter again and place back on grill for another 4 minutes. Repeat one last time for a total of 12 minutes or until they appear done. Serves four adults.

That being said, it is true that since BO and Bush before him showed us no respect and they work for us, why do they deserve to be above same. IMO the Arizona governor was correct to point these out…where exactly is BO’s global immigration reform bill? You pretty much contradicted yourself in your post. A Certificate of Live birth is a certified birth certificate as long as it meets the standards of federal law
1) registered within 1 year of the person’s birth (the registration date)
2) has an embossed seal for the department that handles it (usually the Department of Health)
3) has a signature of the registrar or director who oversees these records
4) (Applies to getting an SSN Card) Has the birthplace of the parents.
If you got a hospital souvenir that says birth certificate, then those are not legal. Only documents issued by the authority in your state will be accepted.

No. First, there has been plenty of discussion about why a scanned document may have layers. But please listen carefully: The scanned PDF was provided for the public. Any “analysis” of the PDF is completely irrelevant, because the paper document was provided for the campaign, before the 2008 election. The state of Hawaii, through various officials, has stated numerous times that he was born in Hawaii, and the original document exists. They even allowed President Obama to receive a copy of that “long-form” certificate onto security paper, at his request.
Tell me, since the state of Hawaii has certified that he was born there and provided two certified birth certificates, what would be the reason to forge the irrelevant online version? There is none.

I agree that Obama is a citizen. The question is whether he is a ‘natural born citizen’. Obama was born to a Kenyan father and American mother so that makes him a dual citizen – not a natural born citizen. You can’t be born both dual and natural born. A dual citizen has to decide what nationality they”ll be at age 23. Where are those records? Pretty obvious to anyone that he’s not eligible according to the Constitution. Never mind his Birth Certificate, which seems to be seriously Photoshopped.

1) So what if he was born to a Kenyan Father? Chester A Arthur was born to an Irish father.
2) nothing in the Constitution says what you can’t be to be the President. Only what you have to be. Dual citizens are not excluded from qualifying to be President. No law supports this claim. US v Wong Kim Ark already dealt with this.
4) Wrong. many dual citizens don’t even realize they are dual citizens. And many nations require that you submit an application to be RECOGNIZED as a citizen of that country (not apply for it). If you have an Irish born Grandfather, or a Italian born father, yet they are both citizens of the US, you are an Irish citizen or an Italian citizen.
5) No, its not pretty obvious, because 200 years of legal history has shown us that by being born on US soil makes you a natural born citizen (otherwise we woldn’t have the nutcases who hate illegal immigrants cry about anchor babies)
6) Hawaii disagrees since they provided Obama with a paper official document of his COLB. That would be used as evidence. Not an image on the net, studied by fake experts.

Okay, I confess. Here is the real info:
YOUR/OUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS A SECURITY CERTIFICATE ON THE NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE. Order a new birth certificate should only cost you a few bucks and look at the bottom it will say “this is printed on security paper do not accept if not on full color security paper or something to that effect.”
Then look at the right/left hand lower corner you will see a series of imprinted numbers in RED these numbers are a securities stock exchange number on the world stock exchange goto any good stock office (or find an online company to look up your number) and ask them to look them up and see how much this stock is worth and they will check it on the New York Stock Exchange and find you your name because we are all worth money to the international bank that bought each and everyone of us…
If the name on the birth certificate were to represent the baby as a natural individual, it would be spelled with the appropriate upper and lower case lettering. For example, John Smith, not JOHN SMITH. The all-capitals spelling of the name creates a corporate fiction (the corporate Trust with the Trade Name), which the government can regulate and control under commercial rules / regulations and codes.
The human being assumes surety for this corporate Trust, and so when held liable under commercial code, the surety is held, unless disputed by a lawful Notice and Claim, and/or establishing your own lien on the corporate Trust (such as with a Security Agreement) and giving notice of the lien (as with a Financing Statement such as a UCC-1), though you first have to establish a lawful undisputed claim first to do this.
A little more detailed information
When a child is born, the hospital generally sends the original, not a copy, of this record of live birth to the State Bureau of Vital Statistics, sometimes called the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (HRS). Each STATE is required to supply the corporate UNITED STATES with birth, death, and health statistics. The STATE agency that receives the original record of live birth keeps it and then issues another Birth Certificate in a different form where the name of the baby is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This creates a “legal person” as opposed to a natural individual.
The Birth Certificate issued by the State is then registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce – the Executive Office specifically through their own sub-agency, the U.S. Census Bureau, which is responsible to register vital statistics from all the states. Thus, the birth certificate is registered in international commerce. The word registered, as it is used in commercial law, does not mean that the ALL CAPITAL version of the name was �merely� noted or recorded in a book for future reference purposes. When a birth certificate is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Treasury will issue a bond on the value of the birth certification. That bond is then made available for purchase on a securities exchange and is bought by the Federal Reserve Bank. This purchase then become the authority or collateral to issue Federal Reserve Notes, which we use as a medium of exchange.
The bond is held in trust for the Federal Reserve at the Depository Trust Corporation at 55 Water Street in New York City, about two blocks down the street from the Federal Reserve.
This process creates a burden in that the ALL-CAPITAL legal person named on the birth certificate has become a surety, or guarantor, a condition and obligation that is automatically and unwittingly assumed unless you rebut the presumption by effectively noticing government.

as most posters on here know, I am no fan of the President. But this is the biggest cluster@#%% was of time and money that I have seen in a long time. As the godson of a Superior Court Judge here in GA, and the son of a lawyer and a court reporter, I can only shake my head at the stupidity of this whole issue. And also, another reason why I support a “loser pays” philosophy in an attempt to slow down some of these frivolous lawsuits, actions, etc.

When she swore herself in as a witness, sat down in the witness chair and started rattling off junk, hearsay she found on the internet, I knew she was looney-tunes. Even the judge had to stop her and ask for her testimony in writing as he was too embarrassed to let her continue. What cracker box did she get her law degree from?

That often seems to be the reason island folks come to the mainland; better pay and lower cost of living. Just bear in mind that you’re probably not going to find any place that knows how to prepare island specialties like saimin, spam musubi and manapua. No okazuyas around here. However, if you can find a good BBQ place with decent macaroni or potato salad, you can come up with a reasonable facsimile of a plate lunch.
I missed sweet tea the whole time I was living out there, but now I miss Hawaiian-grown pineapple. No other pineapple is as sweet, IMO.

I don’t recall the specifics, but I seem to recall that she followed some non-traditional means of being admitted to the bar; something that didn’t require a formal law school education, but which is very restricted in the US. Do we have any attorneys in here today who can speak knowledgeably on that topic?

What about Barack being adopted by his Indonesian step father and changing his name to Barry Soetoro. Wasn’t he adopted and change his name – I’ve seen the Indonesian school records with Barry Soetoro. When did he go back from Barry Soetoro to Barack Obama? Don’t you have to go to court to legally change your name, there would be a record of that, right? Shouldn’t we know about that?

Why do you think I came to this blog? To rally up support for a cause or find answers my questions? Having not followed this case, the National Review article is the first I have seen, with regard to the .pdfs layers.
Furthermore, after reading the article, I scanned a document and converted it to .pdf, to test the assertion. To my surprise, multiple layers were created. Why surprise? Because I have written plenty of applications that convert the results of database queries into .pdfs, along with plenty of other applications that manipulate image data. I wouldn’t have, by any means, expected the result, which is why I performed the simple test.
Never claimed to be an expert. My area is data integration, not imaging. And, my questions have been answered.
