As long as Trump stays on the “Birther” crud, he has no credibility. That issue is long past and if there was a shred of truth to it the National Republican Party would have been all over it. And if you think Trump wouldn’t actually run, then you’re doubly naive. As Eugene Robinson pointed out at WaPo the other day, these things have a way of passing a point of no return. Trump may end up in a place where he’s gotten more than he bargained for, but where it’s too late to turn back. Woe until all of us if he gets to that point.
But to think that it couldn’t happen – or to say as Plouffe stupidly did that the American people are never going to hire him – would be a colossal stupidity.

Bookman spews venom about those who care about tax $’s while working for a company that was and is abusing the tax system. Kind of like I work for Penthouse but claim you care deeply about women’s issues. He chops the head off a blogger at saying minorites beat the daylights out of the MARTA riders claiming they were jumping to conclusions. A few days ago a number of bloggers spewing idiocy that MARTA is as safe as grandpa’s el darado.
Bottom line- media is dumb, not stupid- they will figure out that blogs like this really are comedy and written by folks with the intellect of a college kid and the emotion of a 9 year old. They will also recognize the same10 folks blog 12 times a day and this little ditty goes the way of the dinosaur.
The AJC does have, and I applaud them, good investigative journalist that do uncover a lot of gov’t corruption. More funding should go that cause.

America is much poorer than just 2 years ago, we’re on the decline, unemployment has been too high for too long, the average family has lost $100k in net worth, and other countries have lost respect for the USA, and we’re in a third war now. On top of that, the President and his party have not offered a single legitimate idea to extricate us from the mess they exacerbated.
BUT, Barack Obama has had only one wife and that makes me feel much better about everything.
See, I’d rather the USA be in a terminal fiscal and moral mess and be able to say our president has been married only once than I would for American to be prosperous and have a president that has been married more than once.
One has to have his priorities straight.

Actually, I am jealous of liberals. I wish I could be a complete slacker with no morals or no personal accountability or responsibility. But Alas NO, I have to work for a living to support my family and pay taxes for slackers with no morals or personal responsibility.
