Tim Profitt, the genius and former Rand Paul volunteer who stomped on the head and neck of a liberal activist, agrees that an apology is in order:
“I would like for her to apologize to me to be honest with you,” Profitt said.
The police are also to blame.
“Well I’ll just say it, if the police had done what they were supposed to do, it would have never happened,” Profitt said.
The media is also to blame, because as Profitt says, the camera angle made it look worse than it was.
His bad back is also to blame, because you see, “I actually put my foot on her to — I couldn’t bend over because I have issues with my back.”

hate inspired his actions and he should be condemned for those actions equally. though worthy of redemption should he try. but when you hear someone saying things like ‘camera angle’ it makes ya think about all those that used ‘it was taken out of context’ to cover for nasty behavior and bad things they have said. good people with good causes can weather dissent without hateful and violent behavior towards those that may disagree, those with unjust messages will always lashout in anger and put downs of their adversary for they truly know their cause is unjust.
you voted for the republican party and you were duped. don’t act violently towards those that only say ‘i told ya so’
i read someon would vote for independents next time if the republicans(when they fail again) fail, but the libertarians and tea party are nothing but closet republicans unable to accept blame and fault. so they make two new political parties that are meaner and dumber than the one that created them. it’s total madness. for that man to beat that lone woman is a great thing of weakness and cowardice, but the bullies will always claim to be tough. always claim to be real men. these same people call themselves religious too, how shameful.

Jay:
“Look folks, let me make this clear:
Debate the issues, events and personalities. Cease the attacks on each other. If that’s how you get your jollies, go do it elsewhere.”
I think a lot of us would appreciate it if you would also follow that advice.

Do you know why there were no Marines (except on board ship) in the European Theater in WWII?
Because they had so embarrassed the Army in WWI (Belleau Wood, etc.) that the Army brass vowed that would never happen again.
Fast forward to the Frozen Chosen and compare what happened to the U.S. Army 7th Division on one side of the resevoir vs. the U.S. Marine Corps 1st Division on the other.

I truly wonder if the Founding Fathers intended our nation to devolve into a social Darwinism, a survival of the fittest exercise. The disdain that the conservatives have for the sustenance of a society overwhelms me. It’s so easy to spout off these hateful invectives; so much more difficult to look a malnourished child of a crack addict in the eye and tell her that her mommy and daddy’s choices have rendered her unworthy of a fellow American’s help. To the conservatives, there is no such thing as America, just a disparate group of individuals lucky enough at that moment to be able to fend for themselves.

Rand Paul has condemned this act of vigilantism. When will Charlie Rangle condemn the vicious assault on petite female reporter, Emily Miller? http://www.moonbattery.com/archives/2010/10/petite-conserva.html

Nobody’s head was “stomped”, Jay. Let me tell you what “stomped” is. A female Republican political operative coming out of a Republican meeting in New Orleans was accosted by a group of angry Blacks. They followed her to her car, knocked her to the ground, and stomped her leg, breaking it in several places. Of course there was zero national news coverage about this incident, or about any of the other similar one’s which are becoming increasingly common. If your client’s head had been “stomped”, Bookman, she would have had a concussion or worse. I very seriously doubt that she even has a bruise.
For many years during the 1970’s, I believed the standard line that the threat of totalitarian tyranny was coming from the Right. But I finally realized that I was reading the play backwards. Read “Defeating the Totalitarian Lie”, by Hilmar von Campe, who grew up in Nazi Germany. He says, correctly, that the closest thing to the Nazis today are the radical leftist Democrats and the radical environmentalists.
You know how some colleges have a sacred rivalry, like Georgia vs Georgia Tech, or Navy versus Army? I recall once being in a medium-sized town where one of those games was taking place. A sports reporter for the hometown paper was an alumni of the visiting team. When he showed up in the newsroom wearing his school colors, he was treated a lot more roughly than this woman was- in a playful way, of course.
This incident does not make sense to me. The level of “violence” scarcely approaches that of playful roughhousing, but that does not seem to fit the context. We might could make more sense of it if the video clip was longer, which of course they never are in these trumped up “scandals”. And the same movement was shown repetitively to make it appear that he stepped on her several times. He simply placed his foot on her back to hold her down.

Wow, when you see the rest of the video, and see how this woman shoved her sign into Rand Paul’s open car window, then chased after him with it when he got out of the car, you completely understand how bystanders decided to detain her, and in a fairly peaceful manner. If some woman is trying to shove a wooden stick at my face, I’d appreciate it if bystanders stopped her, too.
After the whole Shirley Sherrod thing, you would think the left would be more careful about jumping to conclusions before getting the whole story. And we’re still waiting for Bookman to condemn the varied lefties that have violently attacked conservatives.

All right, I’m as conservative as they come, but EFF this guy. Lock him up, and give him the longest sentence allowed if a jury convicts. No place for that, no matter the ‘tics.
