Facebook is basically crap. If you are actually looking for a place where some sort of Democratic discourse can occur, Facebook isnt it.

I will say one thing, even in favor of your Georgia Republicans, I have been on AJC for longer than I survived on any liberal website. I have been booted off of all of them for disagreeing with "LIBERALS" when I thought they were wrong. Kudos to Jay or anybody else involved with this.

It is really why I still favor the newspaper journalist. Almost anyone can speak their speak and is not "banned" this is the bane of the internet.

Cap and trade has been very effective in places it has been used to control other situations like river pollution. Businesses are extremely ingenious when it comes to avoiding paying taxes. In virtually every case, they have found cheap ways to lower whatever pollution was being handled with a cap and trade situations, and in all cases, the cost was low enough to not effect the cost to the consumer.

This is simply typical conservative stalling. Businesses by nature, rely on inertia. They simply refuse to change even if the end result would actually end up with them being more profitable. This is always the case. They are like children who simply do not want to eat a certain food and once they do find that it was not only not as unpleasant as they suspected, but in fact better for them.

They have railed against minumum wage, Social Security, Medicare, when in many communities, their businesses would now go UNDER without those things.

Excuse me, that should be "staying", not "saying". Sometimes my fingers get too fast, and proofreading one's own typing is not a surefire way to catch typos.

Very courageous and I give Vahidnia a much better chance to head to prison than Ryan has of being sacked in 4 hours.

Bush stupidly failed to take advantage of the fact that 2/3 of people under 30 in Iran are pro-Western.

Speaking of chickenhawks Cheney claimed he didn't recall 72 times in his interviews on his guilt in the case where Shooter let Libby take the fall and couldn't stop his conviction. Cheney completely fooked Libby with Fitzgerald because he lied and didn't think Judy Miller would be forced to testify, and then Shooter couldn't get his lying testimony back. No wonder Cheney begged Bushie to pardon Libby and White House Counsel showed Bush what an ass Cheney had been and the one decent thing Bush did was to refuse to pardon Libby. Too bad he commuted the schlump.

Thanks to the stupid Repubos who poured a million bucks into a candidate who is supporting the Democrat in NY23 that they later ran out of the race. Thanks for the million bucks, chumps. No Dem has held the seat in about 140 years. But also

There's no place like center...
There's no place like center...
There's no place like center....

If I look where that led to, that means Obama does two terms followed by one-term Biden. I could think of worse things.

Conservative whackjob claiming Bush didn't use coffins for photo ops--he sure made 5000 coffins where not one needed to be made in Iraq while he and cheney were chickens who ran from combat.
