Report just released by the OECD and WHO shows the U.S. to have one of the highest rates of maternal death during pregnancy and child birth in the world. Bigggest reason. 17 million women of child-bearing age don’t have access to health insurance, leaving a lot of underlying health problems undiagnosed:
