I can't believe the amount of "smart" people that believe the economy is getting better. Its not getting better until jobs are created not because the job loss is slowing. That's a joke. No such thing as a jobless recovery. Never has -never will. All we have done is print more money. That will just make the symptoms subside temporally. Giving big banks our money doesn't mean things are getting better for anyone other than the big banks. Wall Street & Main Street are further apart than they have ever been. The movie The Matrix was mankind creating something to serve it ,then it became what mankind served. Our government is The Matrix. We now serve the created.

Read it and weep, "patriots."

"U.S. trade gaps narrows unexpectedly"

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. trade gap narrowed unexpectedly in August as trade in services pushed exports slightly higher and imports fell by a fractionally larger amount, a U.S. Commerce Department report showed on Friday.

Are you referring to our allies in the Middle East? We don't buy oil from Iran. And why should we use ours when it is as cheap as it is? We're going to need it more in the future.

It would have had to have been 40,000 to equal Clinton's performance. And DOW 15,000 is just around the corner. The sky's the limit.

If it were the Nobel Piece prize then the republicans certainly would have been in contention. I'd say Gov Sanford would have won, easily over Sen Ensign. Republicans are very good at this.

I'm glad Obama won. Listening to the Republican nuts will be a lot of fun. Just think! Obama is the first Muslim since Sadat in 1978 to win the Peace Prize, and only the 6th all-time. Also, Obama is the first citizen from Kenya to ever win the award.

That Muslim terroristic fist bump sure seemed to win Obama a lot of votes! I can't wait to see Obama wearing his new United Nations flag pin.
