Just get one of the remaining GOP congressmen to file articles of impeachment, and you’re on your way, Reporter.

Maybe Paul Broun?

Michele Bachmann?

Well, at least the wingnuts will be happy – anything to make Obama look bad – despite the fact it brings in billions to our country.

I’m not sure why they hate our country so much.

Well, it is probably a win for Chicago, as the Olympics are no piece of cake to deal with, and lose money for the city. But, to have a US president there begging, while America is burning with high unemployment, no good future for its manufacturing, no evidence of any good stimulus effect, and general despair is disgusting. What is more telling is that the international community doesn’t give a da.. for Obama’s smooth talk, so probably have a lot more sense than most Americans.

Madrid will get it. If it goes to Rio we will know the Olympic Committee doesn’t have a conservative in their bunch.

Brazil: home of Carnival, Impanema, bikini wax, etc

hmmm, I might have to attend those Olympics!

1996 since the summer games were last in the US. Wasn’t going to happen. I would love to see Rio! But the fix is probably in for Madrid. Either one would be good.

A gutsy political move for Hope & Change to fly there and make a personal appeal, even if it was forced upon him by the “machine” politicos in his home town.

Looks like all those kickbacks and sweetheart deals in the Windy City will have to wait for the next round of Stimulus II.

Hope & Change just got himself handed a can of Whoop-A$$ !

Bosch- This isn’t too hard to understand, Obozo went over there playing his world god act, in front of the world that “loves” him and he got booted out on his ass.

He blew it.

Who doesn’t love America here, you libs with your idol worship maybe?

Obama’s massive ego must be really hurting right now. For that matter Oprah’s massive ego must be hurting right now. Not sure which ego is larger. Sad thing is, we spent all that money flying two of our big jets over there with a full entourage and full security for both and for what? Nothing. This isn’t going to look good at all considering people are losing their jobs every day in this country. Those poll numbers are just going to keep on sliding and Obama’s judgment in this must be called into serious question.

Jay,

The wingnut gloating is predictable, What ever President Obama does or says…the wingnut response is predictable. When a group is so simple that they cannot think for themselves, their response is easy to predict…and contributes nothing to intelligent discussion of national issues except stupidity. But they do contribute a hell of a lot of that!!

It appears that Dope and Chains didn’t grovel sufficiently for the IOC.

Have you seen the TV shots in Chicago for the bug party? Hahahahahaha It looks like someone just got the news that they had been dumped at the altar.

Well, Obowo and Chitown bit it again. Every the criminal Valerie Jarrett couldn’t pull DWC (Dope With Chains) to the finish line.

The sports world is laughing at Obowo and America. This clown is our best foot forward? A POTUS making a sports bid is demeaning to the office……of course, Obowo has already demeaned it plenty.

How much lower can this slime ball sink?

Stay tuned. Obowo will show the meaning of low life again. Maybe if he gets on TV and calls the IOC and the rest of the world racists, it’ll work. Right. Doesn’t work here either.

Impeach the idiot.

I’m not worried, negotiating nuc-u-lar diasarmament with Iran is a lot easier than using the power and prestige of the leader of the free world to make it to the second round of the Olympic selection process.

I guess our president has learned, from the tree of this relatively trivia matter among the forrest of consequential issue, that the world is not so much in love with him as he supposed it was.

Bookman, you can spin this any way you want, but this is a big (and unnecessary) embarassment for Obama and the United States. And I don’t agree with Romney on this. Personally, I think we can blame this on the amazing hubris of the Obama administration. I really think they thought The Talented One would be able to turn the tide just by his amazing presence. Instead, he looks foolish. If I were an Obama fan (which I clearly am not), I would be disappointed in the political team that allowed the Obamas to make this so personal. It serves as a nice metaphor for the naivity of the Obama approach to foreign policy.

The wingnuts wouldn’t know how to comprehend Obama’s trip if it weren’t for their radio and tv leaders.

I’m glad they have a guiding light so we can always understand what they are thinking – we just tune into those shows and immediately understand the mindset (mindset of a preschooler, in fact)

Ok ok, I shouldn’t put preschoolers down like that!

Frankly I bet Obama is the one breathing a sigh of relief right about now since all the corruption and cronyism that would have taken place had Chicago been awarded the games would’ve had dotted lines connecting to him.

The Los Angeles Olympics was the last , and one of the few, that ever showed a positive economic impact to their communities.

President Ronald Reagan knew how to get things done.

Midiro..You are quite correct about Obama laying blame. Always an excuse. Whether you agree with decisions Bush made (I’m certainly assuming you disagree with most everything he did)At least President Bush stood and never tried to play the “Lay the Blame Game” like President Obama has so perfected.

I can only speak for myself, but I imagine if he hadn’t made himself the story, nothing would have been said because it wouldn’t have been about him. There’s a lesson in here for Obama, if he chooses to learn it: it really doesn’t always have to be about you.

Chicago – Valerie Jarret’s slums, gun violence and gang activities nightly, Her Blubbership Oprah.

Golly, its so hard to decide.

Awwww, they dumped Chicago first. Too bad.

Now let me think….if I were IOC, would I pick Chicago or Rio? Hmmmmmmm.
