It is utterly amazing that there are so many who would put their head in the sands and ignore the facts. Angry Black Man provided the tables on citizenship, but in the very first link if not actually born in Hawaii he would not be eligible. His mother was 18 at time of birth and father was a British citizen. In addition, a military officer must first serve and protect via. the US Constitution and shall obey NO UNLAWFUL ORDER. If he does so, he is vulnerable for prosecution both in the US and by the International courts where he was fighting in a foreign country. Major Cook volunteered for his tour of duty in Iraq and could have changed his mind at any time prior to deployment with no blemish on his record because of his volunteer status. He was simply asking for some proof given the multiple lawsuits that Obama was legally the president per the Constitution and his orders were therefore lawful orders. IT IS AMAZING THAT TO DATE THE OBAMA SUPPORTERS HAVE THROWN OUT MULTIPLE BS STATEMENTS WITH NO VALIDITY BEHIND THEM, TRIED TO DEFAME ANYONE WHO DARED TO CHALLENGE THEIR O’NESS, AND REFUSE TO EVEN CONSIDER THE FACTS. FACT: OBAMA REFUSES TO SHOW THE PROOF OF NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP BY SIMPLY AND VERY EASILY PROVIDING THE LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE. FACT: FACTCHECK.COM HAS NO CREDIBILITY AS THEY ARE RUN BY THE SAME FOLKS WHO GAVE OBAMA AND AYERS MONEY TO SET-UP THEIR COMMUNITY EFFORTS IN CHICAGO INCLUDING ACTIVITIES WITH ACORN. Why don’t you address these facts or STFU? Come-on attack me rather than the facts again. The nation’s golf courses do not have enough holes for all the obama retards to put their heads.

If law enforcement can pull us over and inspect our cars on the basis of “mere suspicion”; than we have every right to question everyone in our government for “mere suspicion” too. Passing bills without reading them, absurdly overoptimistic economic forecasts, destruction of documents, refusing to show documents, refusing to hear cases in court, where our money is going being too secret for even Congress to know? We need to be asking a lot more questions. Oh, and yeah the economy is improving… 57 bank failures so far this year; 305 on the watch list; only $12 billion in the FDIC as of 1st qtr 2009, down from about $54 billion in 2007. Indymac alone cost it $8.9 billion. The FDIC is responsible for $4.4 Trillion in deposits. Understand that as a blogger, once your ability to ask questions goes, your ability to blog will follow shortly thereafter.

Rational Debate for you. I can’t prove he isn’t born here legally.

Guess what, you also can’t prove he is born here legally.

There is only one document that would allow the actual truth to come out, and it isn’t being made public.

So as of today, there is a 50/50 chance that you and I are correct, unless you have other verifiable facts that you would like to share, vs hearsay.

JayBe, can’t believe I’ve just spent 2 hours at your links above (2:26AM) ACG, the thorn is Orly’s side is an interesting person. The comments on her article are far more interesting. Sorry, but the “believers” Paleologus refers to are in denial. In my opinion, the skeptics carried the day. The link to snopes comes up bupkus as well. Snopes claims one thing and contradicts it in the actual quotes offered such as the comments made by the birth records officials. As for Orly Taits’ detractors, same result. ACG has to criticise anonymously to avoid being sued by Taits. Thats cowaedice.

Here is a reasonable question. Why would he spend close to $1 million on teams of lawyers to keep his birth certificate from being released? BTW – a Certificate of Live Birth is not a birth certificate, so no, he has not released his birth certificate. When I tried to get a passport using my Certificate of Live Birth I was told that I had to produce my Birth Certificate if I wanted a passport. A $ million is a lot of money to keep something as simple as a birth certificate hidden. Just makes people want to know what he is hiding.
