What does politics have to do with any of this?? When I go to the grocery store I don’t think, “Hmm what would Sonny do? What would Cynthia chose?” No, I think, “I need some food today.” Everything in life is a choice. You make a conscious choice to put food you know to be bad into your mouth. If you want to be healthy and weigh less, put less bad in and more good. Plain and simple. Everything else is just excuses.

By the way, Ray Pugh, my husband asks why you want to know if I’m single.

So, when did he cut the funds for math and science.

My grandma grew up in rural Georgia eating pork, whole milk, vegetables seasoned with fat, eggs fried in fat, biscuits, cornbread….you name it. She has never weighed more than 112 lbs in her entire life and she is nearly 97 years old. Good old Southern diet!

I’ve been to all the major northern cities inclucing those in the Northeast, don’t remember seeing any that had streets paved with gold.

Southerners Are fat because:
1. Majority of them are very ignorant. It is guns, religion and trucks.
2. Moajority of them are very lazy, cant’ cook, cant’ exercise.
3. Majority of their politicians have under-represented them.
4. Mojoirty of their politicians have dismantled food and drug safety regulations. Why are all major corporations choose south for HQ?
5. Mojority of their politicians have not defended their interests.
6. Poluters, predatory lenders, poisonous food makers all have had free hands in the south to suck it to the southerners.
6. Southerners are the most under-served, under-represented and most deprived of their basic rights.
7. Southerners are the most blind and retrogressive part of our nation.
8. Myopic talk radio lunatics are holding southerners hostage, how can they learn if all they know comes from corrupt madmen like Rush, Hannity
9. Southerners are limited in their worldview and barely know their neighborhood talkless of what is happening in the nation or how others are living.
10. Southerners are limited and deprived of their rights by their politicans who are in office only to protect the interest of the big industries, fat-foods, etc.
