Jay, I would say the pattern is the U.S. snooping around China. Do they have ships floating around Gitmo or Key West or planes flying off our coast? How is that Chinese company doing managing the Panama Canal? With Tibet and Taiwan, they have enough internal problems without expanding there influence. Something we need to learn.
