Off topic, what happened to Obama's campaign speech about earmarks....that he was going to go line by line and take them out. Now his administration is saying that the omnibus bill is left over from last year, in other words' it's Bush's fault. I don't think he has the kahunas to stand up to Pelosi and Reid.
