Biltong - nail on head! Drop all upper deck prices outside of the first 5 or 6 rows to $15 for the rest of this year and watch the people come out of the woodwork. It won't bother me in the least eventhough I have spent $27 / tkt for 13 games. I'll get my share of discounted uppers, plus I've already gotten several perks by being a partial STH.

Release the tkt inventory! Unleash the fury!!

And tell 'em hell's comin' with me!!!!!!!!

JLH-I'll try and do that. Bill, are you in 121 as well?

There’s a running argument on what’s the better play by play announcing style-the “homer” or the neutral play by play announcer, the guy that does not openly cheer for the home team.

I am STILL undecided on which style I like. Do you like guys like Larry Munson (us/we vs them) and Rick Jeanneret, guys who are knowledgeable but obviously favor their home teams? If you go classic, do you like Mel Allen the classic Yankee homer or Red Barber, who called Brooklyn Dodger/NY Yankee games without favoritism?

FYI-Jeanneret’s predecessor in Buffalo was a guy name Ted Darling. Ted was right down the middle, you did not know he was the Sabres’ home broadcaster. He and his partner, Pat Hannigan we actually pretty cruel on the Sabres, not that they did not deserve it at the time!

Attendance sucked. People missed a great finish.
It was sloppy though.Dumb mistakes, passing and behind the net.
Post turkey and free of families, everyone must have opted to veg.
Arthur Blank had the right idea to get the fans back. Make the upper bowl get packed with fans. You need crowd noise to generate and elevate the sense of participation.I hate the canned noise, but at the Bulb it is a fact of life...
And Max is just the life of the party.....
Trixie or Scarlett????
She who wears the highest heels wins in my book!!! No platforms allowed..

I did some research last night looking at the SA statistics from the first 24 games this season compared to the first 24 games last season - most specifically looking at where on the ice those shots were coming from. It was late when I finished so I didn't post anything yet - I'll do it tonight. But I'll go ahead and tell you the theory that the team is forcing most of the shots to the low-risk areas is false - very very false.

Ballard went to the locker room for a moment, he was visably shaking by what he did. I know i've said this before, but i'll say it again...Chief Poopy Pants and his squaw, that I have seen, never cheer, they get all this face time and they have the same goofy, whats going on expressions. Do they ever stand and cheer?? I'm going to find out in person real soon. 5000 people can make alot of noise if done together. What do the Blue crew do? Just clean ice with those pooper scoopers?? Are some of them in the stands chreering?
