My family’s secret cranberry sauce! I normally hate cranberry sauce but I will eat this all day. The best part it is freezable so if u want turkey dinner 6 months down the road just defrost and enjoy all over again.

Sweet Potato souffle no marshmellows. Top it with a crust of chopped peacans, brown sugar, and cornflakes mixed with butter. YUM! I already know it will be on Mom’s table when I get there.

The dressing (made with bread not cornbread) topped with gravy is even better than the turkey!

After dinner (and a nap?) Peacan Pie with whipped cream and good coffee or boiled custard.

If I am lucky, I am up in time to have Pie again for breakfast with no guilt — because everyone else is sleeping! Great way to fuel up for Black Friday Shopping!!!!!

Sweet potato souffle with pecans and mini marshmellows. Good hot but makes an awesome midnight “sneak quietly to the fridge” cold snack.
