CONGRATULATIONS to the Tuskegee Golden Tigers on another great football season. They finished the season with a record of 10-2.

They won the SIAC championship and are the 2009 Pioneer Bowl Champions.

The Golden Tigers played at the Edward Jones Dome (RAMS) in St. Louis and The Lucas Oil Dome (Colts)in Indianapolis.

They also avenged last year controversial loss to Alabama State 21-0 at Crampton Bowl in Montgomery.

The Tuskegee Golden Tigers have won 36 of their last 39 games. They had a 26 game winning streak last year.

They are the winningest team in the history of HBCU Football.

The Tuskegee University Golden Tigers are the 2009 Black College
National Football Champions (in my opinion).

THANKS !!!

COACH BARLOW at ALABAMA STATE UNIVERSITY,has stated he would take a demotion to assistance to learn from a more experienced Coach..WTH??? Locals want him to be fired after Turkey Day Classic. But the question is will this help?? NO. they were suppose to build a stadium on campus, nothing yet!! And they have no Coach in mind. They sound like Alabama- pre-Saban hiring.Plus you have former players coaching at D-1 schools that will not return....NO MONEY AS IT IS IN BCS SCHOOLS.

Hey, Leo, thanks for posting this info. I had been hearing some rumblings about it for a while now and this just confirms it. I have also been hearing that Pete Richardson (down at Southern University), would be the next coach @ TSU. I am not sure how true it is, but that's the word that I have heard. Time will tell.
