I started at Defensive Lineman for Knoxville College in 1985 and set a NCAA Single Game Sack Record with ten in one game vs Wilimington College…had the opportunity to block for aa NFL quarterback named Sterling Henton in 1998 for the No.1 ranked Semi Pro team named the Knoxville Crusaders and averaged 40 points per game, won the Conference Championship and lost in the first round of the playoffs. Had a chance to go to the NFL and was ssupposed to play for the Tennessee Thundercats in 2000(Arena Football) I would have had to gotten one sack per game in order to go to a NFL Camp. *Note- Maximum bench press 600lb -550lb x 2, 400 lb x 10 seated military press, 720lb. squat, 1400 lb legpress, 500 lb deadlift, broke NFFL Combine Record in 1998 in front of witnesses with 51 repetitions, beat a 165 lb. wide receiver in a forty-yard dash in 1998. I started at offensive guard at a weight of 245lb. and was sronger the ALL PRO Tight End Shannon Sharp by 430lb. on two lifts at his bodywweight. FAMU RATTLER- we played who was out there!.1975 tuskegee16,famu10,1976 tie 28-all at tampa stadium.You had the upper hand in 77,78,BUT AFTER YOU BEAT THE CANES’ WE CAME TO TOWN AT DOAK CAMPBELL AND MUHAMMED ALI said it best,I KNOW WHO IS GOING TO WIN THIS GAME.” THEN HE LOOKED AT US SKEGEE!! THEN YA’LL TRIED TO STEAL THE GAME……SNOWMAN KNOCKED THE HELL OUT OF YOUR HALFBACK AND HE FUMBLED IN THE END ZONE.THAT WAS OLD SCHOOL,WHEN YOU HAD TO CROSS THE GOAL LINE. KEN WOODARD RECOVERED THE FUMBLE,AND THEY CALLED IT A TOUCH DOWN.I WAS ALMOST THROWN OUT OF THE GAME BECAUSE I ARGUED THE CALL!!BUT THAT WAS OKAY BIG CHAMP O’NEAL WENT WILD AND WE BEAT,COLEMAN,TRUVILLIN,RUDY HUBBARD,ALMOST LOST HIS JOB FOR LOSING TO SKEGEE ON HOMECOMING.PLUS OUR CENTER WAS A FRESHMAN FROM BIRMINGHAM-THAD SMITH THAT WORE HARRELL OLIVER OUT. THE SCORE 17-14…SKEGEE….I KNEW WE WERE GOING TO WIN THE GAME A YEAR EARLIER WHEN I SAW FAMU WIN IT ALL IN 78…THOSE RINGS WERE NICE,I MET A PLAYER THAT WORE HIS………..AS I STATED THAT WAS NOT THE FAMU WE BEAT IN SKEGEE…ON MONDAY COACH SCISSUM SAW THE FILM AND CAME AND TOLD ME I WAS CORRECT AND HE FUMBLED BEFORE HE CROSSED THE GOAL LINE 1979 FLORIDA SPOILERS

To rick as related to Tuskegee I am very sorry to say that many of TSU early wins were against Black High School, teams put together on Army bases for Black Soliders and Jr Colleges. But when other HBCUs started playing football (TSU was palying at least 10yrs before any other HBCU) Tuskegee really do not have a very good record then.

Therefore, if you care to really look at wins please start at the point which Tuskegee started palying other HBCUs and not high schools, Jr colleges, and poorly orangized teams like for Ft Benning.

In your comment you claimed that no HBCU has won a NCAA championship but I am sorry to tell you this but there is only HBCU that has. It was the 1978 Football from FAMU.

From 1977 to 1978, FAMU went 22-0 then Florida A&M ’s Vince Coleman booted a 34-yard field goal late in the fourth quarter and the Rattler defense held off a frantic University of Miami final effort to preserve a 16 -13 upset victory on Oct 6, 1979.

In 1999, FAMU became the only HBCU to reach the final four of the NCAA Div 1AA Championship after beating Troy State on their home field.

So therefore from your logic this means that FAMU 1977 to 1979 football team should inducted in the NCAA Hall of FAME?

Well I guess this truth is that FAMU has/had the best HBCU Football teams
