I’m not in San Antonio and neither is Chris Vivlamore. Bob Rathbun is there and he says Kirk Hinrich will play.

It all starts on the inside. Hawks trying to defend 3 post scorers (Duncan, Splitter, and Blair) with a couple of guys that play below the rim (Ivan & ZaZa). Getting outrebounded by 10 (only 4 offensive boards tonight while allowing 7 to the Spurs). Did I mention that the Spurs are in the bottom 10 in the league in rebounding? We’ll be there soon.

Like I have said repeatedly, I am knocking LD for playing him at point guard in his first game back against one of the quickest point guards in the game, not knocking Kirk like he is trash. He is playing like trash tonight, but that should have been expected considering he hasn’t played a game in 9 months.

Teague with 5 boards and 3 steals, Hinrich in less time – 0 boards and a steal.
No doubt Teague is the better player, but it is good to have 2 decent PG’s on the team. And Pargo had been playing ok also.
