David Scott (D-Ga) was fined $7,500 by the state Ethics Commission Thursday for failing to file reports showing what he did with leftover campaign money he raised while he served in the General Assembly." Reportedly, he served two decades? Now....how much missing campaign money are we discussing here. BECAUSE, the fine imposed should be generally commensurate with the total amount of funds that mysteriously disappeared without explanation!!! Otherwise, this is a slap on the hand.
