Rehnquist was the “Fifth” papist who made Hitler’s banker’s homosexual draft-dodging grandson president so he could commit 9/11. While he was alive he called himself “Lutheran,” just as Knight of Malta Prescott Bush, who financed Hitler and the Holocaust for the papal aristocracy called himself “Episcopalian,” but when he died he had the funeral in St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, well away from Capitol Hill and the Supreme Court, and much farther than closer Lutheran Churches.

Rehnquist is accursed, a traitor to the Constitution, and a racist.

This is what Newt Gingrich said about former Chief Justice William Rehnquist following his death in 2005:

“His life of public service is much to be admired and is a model for future generations seeking to preserve and extend freedom. ”

So let’s see, Sonia Sotomayor is a ‘racist’ due to her ‘wise latina’ comment and because she chose not to legislate from the bench in the Ricci case and the conservative majority of the SCOTUS did.

And the late Judge Rehnquist who:

-wrote a controversial 1952 position paper urging his then boss Justice Robert Jackson to vote aginst integrating the Topeka schools in the landmark Brown v Board of Education decision

-wrote an equally controversial memo to Jackson in 1953 urging him to vote to uphold whites only primaries in Texas in Terry v. Adams. In this memo Rehnquist said “It is about time the Court faced the fact that the white people of the south don’t like the colored people”

-as a private attorney in 1964 appeared befrore the Phoenix, AZ city council to urge the rejection of a proposed city ordinance prohibiting stores and restaurants from barring blacks from their establishments

-as Nixon’s attorney General in 1968 spearheaded the Supreme Court nomination of Harold Carswell who twice ran for the Georgia state legslature as a segregationist candidate

- in 1970 cast the sole dissenting vote in the Supreme Court’s 1970 decision to deny tax exempt status to Bob Jones Universtity due to its racially discriminatory policies

is ‘a model for future generations seeking to preserve and extend freedom’?

Sorry, something is not adding up here. Only a flaming hypocrite could consider Sotomayor a racist and Rehnquist a champion of freedom.

Newt is exactly the right person to spot a phony and a radical. After all, it was Newt who served divorce papers to his wife when she was in the hospital recovering from surgery. And wasn’t he having an affair with his third wife while he was telling us that Bill Clinton should be impeached for his indiscretions.

On the radical side, Newt has been telling people all kinds of wild stuff, like we are in the midst of WWIII or was it WWIV.

Social Security is going to run out of money so we are going to cut the rate 50%? Is Newt going to propose cutting benefits to retirees? Or the “socialist solution” of paying benefits based on need?

And his corporate tax rate cut, will that include the elimination of loopholes and other breaks that actually lead to an effective rate close to 12%? Did you know these bankrupt companies get to keep their tax carry forwards? Sure I’d be in favor of eliminating junk like that, Obama said he would also favor that. But look even Obama can’t get the useless Raptor F22 funding cut because of 2 Republican GA senators are lobbying to keep the pork in the defense budget even though the military doesn’t want it.

Actually, Gingrich DIDN’T question Sotomayor. Gingrich does not hold elective office, therefore he wasn’t involved in the senate confirmation process. He was forced to quit congress in disgrace. He also isn’t a journalist and if he was, I doubt Sotomayor would give him the time of day for an interview. No, Gingrich is just a windbag bloviating in any direction where someone stupid enough might be listening.

Yes, of course you right wingers want him to be President… he has all the right wing qualifications: he commits adultery while pretending to be pious (he recently admitted he was having an affair on his second wife while criticizing Clinton; he supports the marriage act while on his 3rd marriage; and like most right wing politicians, he never picked up a gun to defend his country (Newt dodged the draft like Bush, Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, Tom Delay and others.
