He could have reduced the taxes if he had also reduced spending at the same time. Unfortunately, Fish Georgia was more important to the Governor than saving private sector jobs.

Blindly attacking any and all taxes without knowing, or caring what good they provide or what harm elimanating them will cause is exactly the type of right stomping ignorance that has made the party look like goon squad. I’d rather have an intelligent half-conservative than a brain-dead conservative zealot any day of the week. Those people who put conservatism before party and party before country should be shipped to a deserted island and left there.

Actually, any political party basher who blathers without substance tends not to have a clue. If you lump yourself with the left, then that kind of snide empty commentary is expected.
